Got my package after 2 months but all products are fake!!!! Scam!!! Do not buy from this website!

Do not buy from them. They are scammers! I placed an order since December, and I’m yet to receive my package from them. No communication whatsoever and no response. Get your skincare products from other companies and refrain from buying from them.

They are very shady in their dealings. I wish I read the review before placing my order. I placed an order on the 26th of January and I was advised with some numbers to track my orders. The location of the order never changed since I got advised. Lastly, I got blocked after sending a mail for update. Please don't patronise them. TOO SHADY!

Faites attention n’achetez pas sur le site m’y Anua,c’est une arnaque,moi j’ai acheté via Instagram,là ça fait presque un mois et j’ai rien reçu jusqu’à maintenant,il faut faire attention apparemment c’est des produits contrefaits en plus,avant ils répondaient à mes messages ou mails,depuis que j’ai demandé d’être remboursée ils répondent plus,y’a le suivi mais c’est bloqué sur une date,y’a plus de mise à jour,j’ai contacté ma banque pour faire opposition à ma carte et être remboursée parce que c’est un site frauduleux.

It’s been approximately 17 days since I placed my order. The tracking number they sent via email says tracking not fount and they won’t respond to any of my emails. Have I been scammed?

I wish I could say good things about this product but it completely destroyed my skin, don’t be fooled by all the reviews, and please do a patch test before using! I have pictures that can prove it.

Placed an order over 2 weeks ago and have received nothing yet. I have emailed them and still waiting on a reply to where my order is ! Reading these reviews I wish I had not ordered from them as it seems to be a big scam . Be careful guys

They are big time scammer, I ordered last month and the items I received was incomplete, I’ve been asking for refund for my missing item but they are not responding. I wish I didn’t order from them. Real scammers

Placed an order on the 18th of January and it was said to be shipped, but the order hasn’t moved from info received by the carrier. I was scammed. The rep said they are having trouble tracking orders but that was weeks ago. And the refuse to refund me my money.

Scammers. Their product is an imitation of the original product from(Anua.us). They refused to refund me and blocked me from emailing them.

Delivery never arrived, they advised was left in my greenhouse - I don’t have one. supplied me with photo of package in a dark place (looks like back of a van) with no address on. Now refusing to resend, refund or respond to me anymore.
PLEASE save your money and don’t order from this Company!!!

Just realized I ordered off of this website instead of anua.us needless to say my order never arrived. The tracking information doesn’t work, and they don’t return emails. I will just go into Ulta and buy in store from now on.

Beste mensen, bestel hier aub niet. Ik als eigenaresse van een beautysalon heb besteld en nooit producten binnen gekregen. Niet een een bevestiging dat ik besteld heb. Dus dat was voor mij al vreemd. Probeer goed onderzoek te doen voordat he besteld. Dus myanua niet vertrouwen is spam en nep. Besteld op 9 januari en tot op heden niets ontvangen.

Ojalá hubiera leído esto antes! productos FALSOS!. encima escribes en Instagram y te borran los comentarios. Les escribes para devolver el producto y te mandan la dirección de china que saben que nunca pagarás el precio de envío por ser desorbitado. NO COMPRARLO!!

BEWARE!! I GOT SCAMMED!!
I've placed an order.
Given a fake tracking order number.
Emailed them multiple times with no replies or acknowledgement asking for my full refund.
Looked into their website. All there was for point of contact was 1 useless email address and all little information to an address based in UK when products are supposedly claimed to be Korean.
Everyone here claimed they have got scammed too.
That website should be shut down!!!

I ordered from them in the beginning of December. In the ending of December they say my order was shipped and delivered. I didn't get it, looked everywhere. Now they stopped answering me and deletes my comments on they Instagram site.... I want my money back

This site is a scam. They have not provided the product even though i placed my order on the 4th December, the links they send have malicious virus software on them including one courier company they use, and they refuse to give a refund even though I have proven that the products have not been delivered. Do not trust this site!
