خدمة نت WE للأسف دون المستوى. الدعم الفني يفتقر إلى الحد الأدنى من المعرفة التقنية، وكل التواصل بيتم من خلال عبارات محفوظة، من غير أي فهم حقيقي لطبيعة المشكلة أو محاولة فعالة لحلها. والأسوأ إنهم بيضيعوا وقت العملاء في مكالمات طويلة بلا أي فايدة، وبيتعامَلوا باستهانة واضحة وكأن وقت الناس ملوش أي قيمة، وفي النهاية المشكلة بتفضل زي ما هي من غير أي تحسّن. تجربتي غير مرضية تمامًا، ومش بنصح بالخدمة، خصوصًا إن في شركات تانية بتقدم جودة أعلى وبتتعامل مع الناس باحترام وآدمية فعلًا.

Unfortunately, WE’s internet service is below standard. Their technical support team lacks even the most basic level of technical understanding, and most communication is based on scripted phrases with no real effort to solve the issue. Even worse, they waste customers’ time in long, pointless calls — treating people as if their time has no value. In the end, the issue remains unresolved and nothing actually improves. My experience has been completely unsatisfactory, and I do not recommend their service — especially when there are other providers offering better quality and treating customers with genuine respect and basic decency.

Bad service! Not recommended!

The worst Internet service in Egypt.
It's not about fast consuming, it's about the speed.
Most of the month I just have 200 kb/s speed, while I have about 140 GB.
So the low speed is a bad service, not due to fast consumption.

And the customer service already has their own saved responses, rather than the customer's problem being solved or not.

I already have 2 landlines in the same home, and they are worse than each other.

This We internet service is the worst I’ve ever had. We bought the SIM card three hours ago and the data is not working yet even though the sales person said it will start in 15 minutes. He wouldn’t take a Visa card either because the machine doesn’t work. Stay a way

اسوء شركة لا تتعملوا معاها.. بقالي شهر مقدم علي الخدمة و عيش بقي مع عدم المسؤلية و الجهل الهما فيه و لم يتم دخول الخدمة و كل ما تكلم خدمة العملاء يقولولك انت الرفضت الزيارة… يعني نصب و كذب و عدم احترافية

I’ve been a paying customer of Telecom Egypt (WE) for home internet, but my experience has been nothing short of outrageous. Since day one of my subscription (May 16, 2025), I’ve faced severe speed throttling, getting only a fraction of the 80/25 Mbps plan I’m paying for.

After repeated complaints, I was treated with disrespect and authoritarian behavior by their customer service. One manager literally told me, “we don’t negotiate or compensate”, and blamed me for their service issue. Later, when the speed was finally improved to 72 Mbps, it was cut back to 20 Mbps within hours — no explanation, no accountability.

The situation reeks of intentional deception:
– Is this how WE manipulates customers into upgrading?
– Do they penalize users who complain?
– Are customer service reps trained to intimidate rather than assist?

Enough is enough. I’ve escalated this case to NTRA (National Telecom Regulatory Authority) and encourage others who’ve been mistreated to do the same.

اسوء خدمة في العالم…مقدم طلب لتغيير نظام التليفون و المفترض زيارة التركيب تتم خلال ٤٨ ساعه وانا مبلغ اني متواجد يوميا لحد الساعه ٢ ظهرا فقط
مهندس التركيبات اتواصل معايا بعد ما كلمت خدمة العملاء اكتر من مره في اليوم التالي للتعاقد و بلغني انه هيكون عندي في اليوم التالي واللي هو اقصي حد هما محددينه للتركيب
بلغني انه مش هيجي قبل الساعه ٤ عصرا وانه معندوش اي امر شغل بخصوص التعاقد بتاعي

الظريف في الموضوع اني تواصلت مع خدمة العملاء و بلغتهم بالمكالمة دي و بلغوني ان الزيارة متحدده علي السيستم انه تكون ٩ صباحا بالفعل يعني المهندس بيكدب و بيتهرب من الشغل

المهندس اثناء المكالمه دي قالي هجيلك تاني يوم الساعه ١ ظهرا و هو لما لفت انتباهه اللي هو انا متأكد انه عارف ان اليوم التالي ده الجمعه و الساعه ١ ظهرا دي موعد صلاة الجمعه

بلغني انه هيجي يوم السبت اي وقت بقي مع العلم اني اكدت عليه خلال المكالمه دي ان لازم قبل الساعه ١ ظهرا يكون عندي

دلوقتي من الصبح تواصلت مع خدمة العملاء اكتر من مره و اكتشفت للمره التانيه ان الزياره متحدده الساعه ٩ صباحا ولم يحضر المهندس او حتي يتواصل معي

بالفعل انتوا اسواء شركة علي الاطلاق مهما غيرتوا الشكل الخارجي ليكم هتفضلوا من اكثر الشركات اللي اي عميل ممكن يتعامل معاها علي صعيد كل انواع الشركات
من اول السنترال و الموظفين المتواجدين فيه بغض النظر عن مكان السنترال فين
نزولا لخدمة العملاء
و وصولا لمهندسين و الفنيين

انتوا الاسواء بكل المقاييس…تستحقوا لقب افشل شركة في العالم

Probably the shittiest telecom services in Egypt, random outages in the middle of the day, randomly turns off, randomly turns your MS into 80000 for NO reason when you have the 120 MBS package, would NEVER recommend.

Worst internet ever if i was able to give 0 stars i would do it unhesitantly over 2 weeks saying they are fixing an issue and internet not working and when it was working it was slower than a snail not recommended at all.

I’ve been struggling with unreliable internet from WE Telecom Egypt for over a year at my home in Heliopolis. Two months ago, I formally complained, and technicians identified a port issue (ADSL/VDSL), but nothing has been fixed despite endless follow-ups. My wife has spent countless hours on calls, only to hear repetitive excuses about ADSL/VDSL with no progress. We were asked to recharge early, did so, and were still told to recharge again unnecessarily. For the past two days, we’ve had no internet at all, leaving us completely disconnected.

The lack of clear communication, especially with language barriers, and failure to resolve this ongoing issue is unacceptable. It’s caused significant stress and disruption, as we rely on the internet for work and daily needs. I’m deeply disappointed and still waiting for a solution and compensation for this terrible service. Avoid unless they improve their customer support and reliability.

unstable internet high ping stupid high prices with limited internet monthly 11/3/2025 worth of 6 USD 280 EGP a month for 140GB and stupid useless costumer service with 400 customers waiting on queue when they wanted to upgrade the infrastructures from copper to fibers fttb they also drop that on the customers own selves and they don't pay for it just the customers who will pay for that upgrade , at the end high internet prices unstable internet no customer services that is worth your time they only just repeat the same shit to you over and over and over

The worst company in existence has bad internet service, limited packages at a very high price, and monopolizes the Egyptian internet market. We demand good prices and unlimited internet.

Horrible service

The most disgusting experience ever, the worst internet company, worst service, f@@k them all seriously and f@@k the OM, f@@k the managers, and the IT department, I lost my service for 3 days and no wants to help

My first experience in We the employee was very friendly and respectful and tried to help me as much as possible I would like to thank her so much. Her name Alaa Samy from miami branch

if there was a zero rating i would have choosed it. this is the worst company in the world... they dont give a #### about reviews or anything

they are doing good cause there is no network provider in egypt so they are the only provider to buy from -_-
