Der Kunden-Support ist ein schlechter Witz
Der Kunden-Support ist ein schlechter Witz. Mir ist vor acht (!!) Wochen eine Armee "verschwunden". Ich bekomme keine Hilfe vom Support, sondern seit Wochen immer nur wieder die gleichen dummen Antworten. Ich werde nie wieder ein Spiel über "my.games" kaufen, und kann jedem davon nur abraten!

This company support is a joke, they can turn down anyone even after spending a good amount of money in their games, basically they are not responsible if anything happen in their platforms, could take them nothing to amend situations with players, now they totally become 'pay and play at your own risk', they do not disclose game rules but they take real money from players !!! Seems the only good thing left that Russians can produce nowadays is vodka , on the game side they still have lots of work to do

Only played a game for a short while, Warface, bit of fun, wind down in the evening after work, etc...
Well, what can I say, all the rules, "Anti Cheat" features, etc, I thought "WOW!" finally someone's got it right, how wrong I was, just another P2W game, get the basics, impossible goals, but oh, you can "buy" upgrades, meanwhile in game, it is cheaters galore.
I've been playing games like this on and off over the years, to be fair, that last time I properly played a game like Warface was some 15 to 20 years ago.
It's easy to spot those who aren't "Pro", they have a terrible habit of making it obvious that they're hacking, oh, but look, there's an in game reporting system, great, get them blocked, no, wrong again, let them carry on more like...
Do yourself a favour, avoid My.Games like the plague, literally, I'd get more enjoyment sticking pins in my eyes than taking any further part in any of their games, definitely, and I mean definitely, don't spend any money with them, and don't link your PayPal account whatever you do.

Update: 31/12/2020
Well, I didn't think things could get any worse, but following a lengthy conversation following reporting a hack that became available on 28/12/2020, demonstrating exploits, and ways to not only successfully hack the game, but also affect other users playability by locking their screen out, etc, I've now been told that it's a fault with my computer, and there is no hack available that works.
Considering that I have circa 25 plus years in the IT industry, it's obvious I must be completely off my rocker.
