I have only begun to use pacha recently and my cat seems happy with it . I find the waste easy to up and the pee easy to stir in . So far no smells either. All good .

I placed what I believed to be a one off order for Pacha cat litter simply to try the product.
Four weeks later another delivery arrived and I discovered I had apparently been enrolled into a recurring subscription. At no point did I knowingly agree to this. The subscription element was not made sufficiently clear or prominent during checkout.
I have not even had the chance to try the litter yet, but because of the way this has been handled I would not purchase from this company again. Transparency matters. If a business offers subscriptions, it should be clearly and actively chosen by the customer, not something that appears afterwards.
I have had to formally dispute the subscription and request cancellation. The whole experience has left me frustrated and disappointed.

If you are ordering, check very carefully that you are not being signed up to repeat payments without realising.

Pacha has been a game changer! I was reserved because it was more expensive than what I’m used to with my regular clumping litter, but that extra £5 a month I have bought back hours of my life back a week from cleaning up litter trays and carpets!
We store our litter furniture in the spare room and it was smelling the upstairs sometimes… unless we were constantly cleaning it! NOT anymore, you wouldn’t even know we have a cat!
I noticed my cats water fountain temporarily stopped then her litter urine went blue, being an indicator she’s dehydrated I think as she doesn’t drink water from bowls only the fountain -
I mean it’s just fantastic keeping track of my Maine coons health too! Convenient, clean, easy and a huge time saver!!!
Honestly you could remove poo 3-4 times a week that takes seconds and the litter makes it so neat and concealed - not a daily ritual anymore!!!

I used to use wood pellets litter, and I started to struggle with the frequency it needed to be changed due to some disabilities I have. As well as that, the smell was never contained in the litter. Since switching to pacha, I have had a lot less burden on me physically because you just have to clear out the lumps and stir, its a lot less messy than the wood pellets, and there's never a smell!

I am really pleased with the cat litter as it means a lot less cleaning and less litter getting out, onto the floor.

I'm new to this cat litter, but so far so good. My cat is 16, so she is quite high maintenance these days and she has adapted well to the Pacha texture from the Catsan she was used to. It definitely absorbs like they say it will - no urine odour yet.

Much cleaner and tidier. My cat is 16 so she wees a lot, need to change bi-weekly. Didn’t get stuck in her paws.

I tried this as I’d seen it advertised and thought I’d try it after trying many other products on the market. This is game-changing! It is so easy to manage - takes me minutes to change 2 everyday rather than cleaning out trays constantly! It’s brilliant. Would highly recommend.

I had seen Pacha advertised on Facebook but wasn’t sure if it would really work like it said. I decided to give it a go and must say it’s an amazing product, really works. So easy to clean litter tray each day, just remove the poop, nothing else. Lasts for ages and no foul odour. I ordered my 2nd bag and received it today. I recommend you give it a go. Well worth it and works out cheaper in the long run. No carrying heavy bags of litter, it’s delivered straight to your door. Don’t hesitate like I did, get changed over to Pacha, you won’t regret it.

I am very impressed with Pasha. It's not like any other cat litter I've tried and it lasted a full month before needing to be replaced. My cat also seems very happy with it !

My cats love it and I love the convenience of not having to change the litter regularly. It keeps the smell away too!

This cat litter is so much better than the cheap stuff, we were really struggling with smells and keeping up with changing the litter with the cheap litter but now one bag is lasting so much longer, we're about 2 weeks in and the smell is soooo much better!!

My cat Felix wasn't sure at first, but now uses his box with no problems. Daily removal and a quick stir is all it takes to keep my home fresh!

Good product found that it helps with the smell of the cat litter but I think it might need changed sooner as I have 2 cats and they tend do use one for peeing and another for pooping but overall has been much easier to keep clean

Very easy to use. Only remove solid waste with a poop scoop. Wait for liquid waste to be fully absorbed and then give it a stir! No smell, no clumping, less waste in yr bin!

I am so happy with this product. My old cat litter used to smell so bad and I would spend money all the time buying scent granules to try to help it with not much luck. I also hated the fumes it would give off and the dust when I was cleaning it out. The urine smell was awful and it can’t have been good for my health to breathe that all in. Pacha has amazed me! It’s so so much easier to clean out- everything it states it does it really does do! My house doesn’t smell of cat urine anymore, and I don’t need to be using extra products to try to mask any smells. I can 100% say I will never go back to my old cat litter. this product is so much easier to work with, it’s not heavy to empty and fill, it feels as hygienic as a a litter possibly could, it’s brilliant. I’m so glad I tried it, it’s well worth every penny!
