My mother has very expensive hearing…
My mother has very expensive hearing aids from My Hearing. I have been trying for several weeks to get her some new batteries, which should be supplied free. I have telephoned numerous times, I have emailed and I have got in touch via their website. The ladies answering the phone are lovely and assure me my messages are being passed on but no-one has ever called me back. I have even told them that I will be leaving a bad review if they don't respond but even that threat has not spurred them into action. I did initially think the problem was staff shortages due to Covid but I am way past thinking that now. Can only put it down to gross inefficiency. I didn't even want them to have one star!
