Contacted MVS Watches via email regarding trading in 2 watches for another watch they had for sale.Within an hour or so Vincent replied and explained the information they required and procedure to part exchange (very simple).Within three days from the start to me receiving my new watch it was all completed.I would like to thank Vincent and MVS Watches Excellent service and would not hesitate to do business with them again.

... other than we received great service and a great watch! On a Saturday I found the watch on MVS's website that I thought would make a special gift for my husband's birthday. Vincent was happy to take our calls, respond to messages and send videos on a Saturday afternoon so my husband could consider it. Happy with what we saw, by the following Tuesday, we had received the watch. Exactly as described, in excellent condition. Very happy customer!
