I could tell the sheet music I received…
I could tell the sheet music I received was generated by software, without human input. The notepad markings and finer details were missing. With more effort, the work could be completed satisfactorily.
And also the pricing was too high, the business is in Ottawa, I reside in Ottawa, why they charge me in USD?!

Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, all of our transcriptions are created fully by ear by professional musicians using industry-standard notation software, never automated tools. For this project, we even provided an alternate version, carefully adjusting certain phrases to better suit the violin’s range. We also provide free revisions if anything needs adjusting, though we didn’t receive a request in this case.
Regarding pricing, while our quotes are displayed in USD for consistency across 30+ countries, Canadian clients always pay in CAD, as reflected on the invoice for this project. We appreciate your concern about currency. In fact, we’re in the process of updating our system to show CAD-only pricing for Canadian clients. Our team will be glad to follow up directly to ensure your concerns are fully resolved.

Well done tranposition
I had an easy 3-page vocal/piano piece transposed to a different key, and they did an excellent job. My only complaint is that $60 for a short, easy piece seems quite high.
