Very helpful shop staff and manager contacted by shop staff member by phone. Very accommodating when delivery date had to be changed twice!! Very helpful delivery gentleman who worked around my need to change dates for access to newly purchased apartment - made an already very stressful situation that bit easier - very impressed by friendliness and kindness shown.

Fantastic Experience
From start to finish a brilliant experience. Me and my Fiancé were looking for a new sofa. We picked one but went away to measure up to be sure and I came back a week later to order. Was told delivery would be two to three weeks but delivered a week and a half from ordering. The delivery guys were super polite, very helpful and very careful when delivering. The customer care was extremely helpful and overall a fantastic experience. We will be using them again. All the staff in Tallaght were faultless.

Poor Packaged
We recently purchased a bed frame with storage from this company. Unfortunately, the first delivery arrived with a broken bed head. We had to wait a week with the bed frame in the middle of our room until it was replaced. The delay was due to their transportation schedule, which only operates on Wednesdays, despite us contacting them just 30 minutes after the initial delivery.
When the bed head was finally replaced, it arrived only in an open plastic bag, which was not professionally packaged or wrapped. Additionally, they placed the new bed head directly on the floor after removing the plastic bag, where their staff even stepped on it with their shoes. As a result, we now have to thoroughly clean the bed head ourselves.
Overall, we are not satisfied with the quality of the service or the handling of our purchase.

We sincerely apologise for the frustration caused by the damaged headboard on your first delivery, and we understand that waiting a week for our next Wednesday delivery route was highly inconvenient with a disassembled bed in your room. We also want to provide some brief context regarding the replacement's packaging. Because your first item arrived damaged in its original box, our warehouse team proactively unboxed the replacement to thoroughly inspect it for quality control before sending it to you. It was placed in a protective mattress cover for transit, but we apologise if this gave an unprofessional impression. Our strict intention was to ensure you did not receive a second damaged item. We are very concerned to read your comments regarding how the headboard was handled once inside your home. Please be assured that this does not reflect our standard procedures. We take this feedback very seriously and are currently investigating the matter internally with the delivery crew involved.

Brilliant service from Start to finish. I got my new Spinal Max 3000 mattress delivered today.
Many thanks to your punctual delivery driver. It arrived in less than 1 week from time of purchase.

I bought an item in January that was faulty, replaced with another faulty item but not until MARCH. Such a dismissive and rude person with no customer service s skills or any idea of how to talk to actual people. It's really not good enough. I won't be back to shop here.

Hi Shannon, we are very surprised and disappointed to read this review, as it does not reflect the timeline of events or the level of service our team provided. After you reported an issue with your self-assembled bed, our supplier had a replacement ready within two weeks. The delay until March occurred solely because our team was unable to reach you to arrange a suitable delivery time. As a gesture of goodwill, our team travelled to your home yesterday, dismantled the original bed, and fully assembled the new one for you completely free of charge. The person present at your home inspected the finished bed and confirmed to our staff that they were fully satisfied with it. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond for our customers. However, since you remain dissatisfied after we provided complimentary assembly and a perfect replacement, we have decided to cancel the order. Our team will contact you this morning to arrange and dismantle & collect the bed this week, after which full refund will be issued,

Everything went smoothly. We got delivery in time. Delivery drivers were very polite and announced before arriving. The “Nevada 4 door wardrobe” is absolutely stunning and looks sturdy as well! Very happy with this experience!

Good quality chairs at a good price
Good quality chairs at a good price. Only problem was delivery. No communication at all from delivery company. I was literally getting into the car when they pulled up with the delivery.

Outstanding service
I saw a new sofa on Michael Murphy’s site that was exactly what I wanted but I also wanted matching armchairs which were not in stock. I made contact with them and Jessie dealt with my query . She was most helpful and responsive and ordered the matching armchairs and cushions I needed. The delivery team arrived today on the dot of the arranged time and delivered my new furniture and took away the old suite. Sincere thanks to Jessie and the delivery team who were excellent to deal with and did Michael Murphy’s furniture proud.
