Another great trip to Zell
I have just used Munich Ski Shuttle for the second time and had great service again.
We were driven safely and quickly from Munich Airport to the hotel in Zell am See. The 8 seater vans were very comfortable and had plenty of space for our luggage.
The day before returning, we decided that we needed to leave earlier, so I emailed Eric who replied quickly and said it was no problem.
Thank you again for great service and areturning customer discount. The only small problem to mention was a warning beeper on one of the vans that went off all the way back to Munich!

On time and polite, but sleepy
Driver was on time at the airport and at the hotel for the return. He was service minded, and made stops for food and drinks when we wanted. The information in advance of the trip was also thorough and good.
However, the driver seemed rather sleepy both trips, and we were rather nervous he would fall asleep. This made the total experience with Munich ski shuttle not that good. At one point we considered asking if one of us could drive instead of the driver, because he seemed to struggle with staying awake.

Dear Jörgen, thank you so much for your feedback! It is very important to us here in the office to receive some insights about the customers experience. We receive very little of such complaints and honestly appologize for this. We assure all our drivers have very strict resting times (by law) and the working ours are documented and monitored by the authorities. Still it is to confess it's just human beings on the wheel and we all know what one of those tired days feels like. Our drivers are asked to pull over and get themselves a coffee if they feel sleepy. As your driver on those days was one of our most experienced ones I'm sure he had everything under control. Anyhow if you had a bad feeling we always welcome the clients cooperation asking for a short break or even the invite for a coffee ;) Thanks again for your time and your review

Best way to travel to and from…
Best way to travel to and from destinations. Very professional, timely and pleasant way to travel in clean environment. I hired Mietwagenservice Schmidt to transfer a group of 14 skiers with lots of luggage from South Tyrol in Italy to the Munich airport. Everything went smooth. Would hire again and recommend to friends. Thank you Erich and Sebastian.

thanks for your feedback. That's clearly not acceptable and we apologize for this! Our drivers are told to keep their phones in the cars phoneholders during the transfer. Private use of the phone is strictly forbidden. Still the job eventually requires to keep updated about traffic and route updates or flight updates for connecting transfers which makes it necessary sometimes to make a few "quick clicks". Also for us this is not very satisfying and we can announce that just shortly a new application will be implemented that should solve this problem once and for all! Especially for our drivers this will be a relieve as all information and details will be in one app and they don't have to swipe through their phones to get an overview, just as we can send necessary details directly without having to call or text them during the transfer. Thanks again for your feedback and hopefully see you next time

Good Job!!!
Having found them on the Internet as I was researching options for transportation from the Munich airport to Val Gardena, I was initially cautious.
However, I am glad I found them. My experience could not have been better. Their dependability, communication, condition of the vehicle and professionalism of the driver were all exceptional. Without doubt I will use them again should I have any other transportation requirements in the area and for future ski trips and would recommend to friends.
