Although a lovely place to visit, if you want to book anything please DO NOT use the little stand before you get to the main gate.
We booked online and then went to the stand to book the VIP experience, we paid by card and were told it declined as she took the card out too early, but no receipt given even though we asked. We paid cash instead, again no receipt given and went into the park.
When we returned to the apartment I checked my bank to find she had taken the payment from my bank, I immediately contacted Mundomar about this, they corresponded with me and confirmed the error and agreed to refund me. They allegedly sent a payment but it never went anywhere as the bank involved doesn't accept the transaction type they use. Two weeks after I had nothing I contacted them and gave them new bank details which they agreed to refund to.
This happened at the end of July and I still have NOT had a refund despite numerous emails.
Although the place itself is lovely to visit, expensive on food and drink and gifts but what place of this type isn't. I would only recommend if you avoid that kiosk unless you want to be out of pocket over £100.

Hola buenas el problema de la visita ha venido en el restaurante, donde la comida es totalmente desastrosa (casi vacío ) la hamburguesa hecha desde hace horas y quemada por no decir el precio y la bebida en todo el parque donde hace muchísimo calor y la gran mayoría niños. Agua11l (3,75). Cocacola (4,30) ..
Un consejo traeros la comida y bebida que si se puede y no se os ocurra acercaros a la zona de Comida.

W Mundomar Benidorm menedżerka oszukała mnie na 250 €, wymachiwała rękami, groziła palcem i wezwała ochronę, aby mnie zastraszyć. Kiedy poprosiłem o podładowanie telefonu, aby zadzwonić po policję, ochroniarz z Aqualandii powiedział: „To pana problem”. Straciłem cały dzień, doznałem udaru słonecznego. Kocham Hiszpanię – przyjechałem tu kolejny raz, uwielbiam ich kulturę, jedzenie i atmosferę, ale w każdym kraju są oszuści. Omijajcie to miejsce szerokim łukiem!

At Mundomar Benidorm, the manager scammed me out of €250, waved her hands in my face, pointed her finger threateningly, and called security to intimidate me. When I asked to charge my phone to call the police, a guard from Aqualandia said: "That’s your problem." I lost the whole day and suffered heat stroke. I love Spain – I came here again because I adore the culture, food, and atmosphere, but in every country there are scammers. Avoid this place at all costs!

En Mundomar Benidorm, la gerente me estafó 250 €, me agitó las manos, me señaló con el dedo de forma amenazante y llamó a seguridad para intimidarme. Cuando pedí cargar el teléfono para llamar a la policía, un guardia de Aqualandia dijo: «Ese es su problema». Perdí todo el día y sufrí un golpe de calor. Amo España – vine aquí otra vez porque adoro su cultura, comida y ambiente, pero en todos los países hay estafadores. ¡Eviten este lugar a toda costa!

Lovely little place, great bird show inside, the seal show was great, getting audience involved, never made the dolphins as left for water park. Wouldn't say it's a full day out but defo 5 hours or so. Great cost to add on to the waterslides.
Staff lovely, tidy place.

Today we made a short visit to Mundomar. After the dolphin show, one of our children suddenly became unwell. The lifeguard from Aqualandia responded quickly and took great care of us, as did the doctor from Aqualandia. We would like to sincerely thank everyone from both Mundomar and Aqualandia for their excellent care and support.

A evitar xq venden lo mismo que otros portales que sí funcionan.

Overall fair experience there. Paid for VIP tours. Our guide was friendly and very informative. Only leaving a low review due to the fact that the female dolphin trainer was very rude during that part of our dolphin encounter. She spoke to us in a rude manner and seemed to take issue with me having an encounter with the dolphins. This was meant to be part of our package. Everyone else in our party and every other party we were with had no issues being able to interact with the animals. For some reason it felt like my face just didn't fit and she was really snotty and stuck up with how she spoke to me in particular. Would not recommend this part of the tour at all.

It's simple do the visit and book the VIP tour! We were with Victor today and the trip was excellent. Tour guide very informative and tours delivered in both English and Spanish! Got a free bag, Tshirt, bottle of water, snacks and a beer! Perfectly interactive and the animals well cared for, replicating/simulating natural behaviour using only positive reward training. Well worth a visit. Thanks Victor!!

Amazing, This is defently worth going to. I went with my 2 children aged 4 and 12 to benidorm Last Week, it was the highlight of the holiday on Saturday.
We did the vip experience and had the best time, u forgettable memories and we was treated very much as important people 😁👌 perfectly as discribed. We did the experience in the morning, children got to feed some of the animals, hold the birds, play with the dolphins, they put nice selection of food on for us and cold drinks, They gave us bags, t-shirts and bottled cool water. We watched the dolphin show and they got very special moments as a small group they played with the dolphins and tickled then and played splashing, we also got lovely pictures taken by staff and they was all waiting for us on leaving. Would defently go again. Made the best memories and highly recommend this to every one

3º) Instalaciones cuidadísimas: 750 m2 de Restaurante y terrazas precioso integrando materiales ligeros y decoracion de " LOS DIVERSOS PAÍSES DE PROCEDENCIA DE LOS ANIMALITOS", me responde Elisabet.
¡Hasta las frecuentísimas papeleras, de los caminos son bellas!

8º) Una preciosa y colorida y amplísima tienda: con lemures y otros "de trapo de 30 a 40 cm" de 6 a 11 € muy belllísimamente reproducidos, etc.
Estos 8 factores y los directivos que haya detrás y que son imprescindibles en la existencia de las maravillas citadas, interactúan y consiguen este "estallido de éxito", que es alabado incluso por mí, "ogro despiadado" en el 35% de mis 51 opiniones en Trustpilot.
Nota: en las primaveras de 1984 a 1987 fuí en El Parque de Doñana el Coordinador Logístico, de la estancia de 3 días, de 10.000 escolares de 10 a 11 años en "LA ESCUELA EN DOÑANA" invitados por La Junta de Andalucía. Experiencia que me lleva, con conocimiento de causa, a valorar en muy alto grado a MUNDOMAR"
