We were impressed by every aspect of the service, including (but not limited to):

1 The quality of the marketing photographs - Munday’s use an architectural photographer who had a real eye for detail.

2 The prompt response to our emails - we received prompt responses to all our emails whether or not they were sent in or outside office hours.

3 The prompt and high number of serious buyers who viewed our property within days of going on the market (we accepted an offer within 10 days of the property going on the market).

4 The pricing and marketing strategy - the property was priced to generate a high degree of interest and we were advised to move to best and final offers, which proved a successful strategy - we received several offers (all but one of which exceeded the asking price).

Amazing job by Becky and the team. They sold our house in a week and we exchanged just 5 weeks later. Thanks so much!

I think Munday's are simply the best. I have used various agents over the years and none compared to Munday's. They are a professional team that are super friendly and kind. My experience with them throughout was just brilliant. They had excellent communication and were honest and supportive. They are the opposite of the corporate estate agent (in shiny suits) that will try and selling you anything! They are a wonderful bunch of people, all very personable and trustworthy. Munday’s are brilliant! We used them to sell our house after it had failed to sell with another agent.
They found multiple attractive buyers off-market (at our request). They are a proactive, professional and highly experienced team that are skilled at qualifying buyers and getting the deal done efficiently. They are all very nice people to work with also - which helps!
