Follow up on first review;
Saw that they made some updates so I decided to try again...
Reported an obvious bug with the optimizer but worse then that, connected to their "supported" broker (Tradestation) and started "auto-trading" (demo account).
A stream of various order errors were returned and proving, once again, the software is unusable for trading.
I've given up on them as every time try to use it, I waste my time reporting bugs.

Their system is great for displaying charts BUT don't even attempt to do any trading as they don't even understand how to generate stop-loss and profit orders and when I brought it to their attention they just said they were not going to fix.
So a year's worth of work down the drain because of incorrect trading logic...

Their backtesting is horribly slow, Its so slow that you have to wait days for a strategy to finishing computing. Tradestation does it much faster.

They are just out to make money with their high claim of advanced features . Do not fall for it.

Terrible extrême level.

This platform is Einstein Level to understand.

Is either you have a brain like Einstein or you have difficulties to use it.

Tradingview is 1000000000000000000000000000 better.

Unbelievable that none notice that they have a platform that is extremely difficult to use and no video on youtube about explanation.

Big mistake i made to purchase the CQG. I wont renew.

I have used MultiCharts for personal trading as well as for PowerLanguage programming services since 2012. I've contacted their support many times; the support normally exceeded my expectation. Typically I stay one version behind and I find the established version stable (I am conservative; and I typically do NOT use the latest version until is out for one year or more). I have clients who use MultiCharts64 to automatically trade a portfolio of markets and strategies through CQG web API; and they are happy with MultiCharts64. I would like to see a Dark Theme version; however, I've learned and understand that their engineering priority is platform stability.

i signed up for a free sim account (to trade historical data) .... loaded a date and time and guess what happened when I click the 'play' arrow - nothing data not available

Beware, unresponsive billing team, once they have your money they are not interested in helping. For over two months I have been asking for some sort of resolution.

A few months ago I paid for a quarterly subscription to this service after the free trial ran over into taking payment. I contacted MultiCharts and MyCommerce soon after that with a problem. My company details need changing on the invoice for accounting purposes (a relatively simple task), but the team have been unresponsive to any requests for assistance.

My only experience of this company has been unprofessional and disappointing service, directed around different departments or ignored. I am glad to be ending this subscription.
