I ordered 10 jars. Arrived within a couple of days. Well packaged and in excellent condition. About 18 months until the 'use by date'. Complimentary chocolate bar was a very nice touch. I am a happy customer. I would definitely order from mullacoonline.com again.

Fantastic service
Great communication from the seller, and very fast delivery. Two of the items I ordered were out of stock. They offered to replace those with a similar item (or refund, but I chose the substitution). My order arrived the next day, everything was very well packaged, and I even got an extra bottle of the substituted item, presumably to compensate for the tiny volume discrepancy between the substitute and the original bottle. Overall I'm very happy, will definitely order from them again. Thank you!
Is this place even real?
Ordered x4 items 2 weeks ago still not here. They’ve took money but no items. I did this as a test order as never ordered from here before. Are the reviews fake? I emailed and they said my order was being dispatched 5 days ago still not here. No tracking no email to say it’s been dispatched. Not happy glad I paid on credit card now so I can claim it back.

Very good then very bad communication. They phoned me up to tell me my delivery would be late because they didn't have enough stock. I was fine with that and impressed they took the time to call me. Then over a week later.... Nothing. I checked my account and they had given me a full refund with no communication whatsoever. I ordered the ingredient in good time for for what I needed, now I don't have it. Highly irritating!

What a total disgrace, my first and very last order with Mullaco!!
What a total disgrace, shambles, embarrassment of a company!! This was my first and very last order with Mullaco! I was sent an out of date packet of seasoning that went straight in the bin. I had 2 items cancelled as they were out of stock, but I received no explanation of this at all at that time, just randomly received a refund one day with no details about it. Sent 8 sauces that are about to hit their expiry date. When I contacted Mullaco about this, I was told the sauces were on sale due to the very short date. NONE of this was listed online, no 'offer', or 'short date' or 'sale item' headings at all. Also NO expiry date given or item information shown for anything! How are customers supposed to know the truth about what they are buying? That's false advertising! Refused any partial refund on the sauces, considering the other cock ups incurred and that they purchased on false advertising with hidden information is such bad service. According to whoever was emailing me, they were already on sale with a whopping 25p off each bottle that was about to expire. This also wasn't shown online so who knows if that's even true. THEN they took it upon themselves to send a courier to my house to collect my sauces that I at NO POINT agreed to!! It's just unbelievable. I was out, they had to pay for the courier fees, would have saved themselves more money by just partially refunding me like they should have done. What a total cock up of my first order and embarrassment on their part.
