LOVE SILK bedding BUT rewards are not working

LOVE SILK bedding. But they do very fishy reward program. when you check out it doesn't let you apply reward you have saved. DO NOT LIKE their "reward" games.

We want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. There was a technical glitch in our system that temporarily prevented customers from applying their rewards alongside other discounts. During that time, we asked customers to reach out via phone, email, or live chat so our team could manually apply the rewards.
The good news is that this issue has since been resolved, and loyalty points can now be applied to any purchase at checkout, even when other discounts are in use. As always, if you experience any difficulties using or accessing your loyalty points, we encourage you to contact our dedicated customer service team, who will be more than happy to assist you.

DO NO BUY THESE SHEETS

DO NO BUY THESE SHEETS. They will rip and tear, and after speaking with "custom service" they will make you feel like you are the only person it has happened to. Kendra said "maybe our company silks are not meant for you." I spent thousands on the sheets and duvet, first time in my life I invested heavy into my bed and linens (reason because i've been in 3 car accidents over the years that make it hard for my body to stay asleep without waking up numb). Bottom line, they will not replace your sheets if tears after a measly 45 days, so expect to waste your money. On their website it says "durable" sheets many times, when it really should advertise as delicate. And I did wash with the special silk detergent on gentle, and air dry no heat. Wish I could upload the photos of the actual sheets now. So disappointed in Mulberry park silks, I guess call them if you want a real "piece of sheet".

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about your continued frustration with our products. Please know that our intention has always been to help resolve our customer’s concerns to the best of our ability.
When you contacted us regarding a rip in your original fitted sheets, we were able to replace them under our warranty policy. Even though the damage you experienced was not due to a manufacturing defect, we made an exception for you because it was within our 45-day warranty coverage period. As specified in our policy, any product provided under a warranty claim is not eligible for additional warranty coverage. Our policy is designed to cover manufacturing defects and, while we made an exception in your case to offer a replacement, we must adhere to these guidelines to ensure fairness and sustainability for our business.
As contradictory as it may sound, silk is both a delicate and durable fiber, depending on how it's handled and the context in which it's used. Silk fibers are among the strongest natural fibers, even stronger than steel of the same diameter. When cared for properly, high-quality silk (like Grade 6A Mulberry silk) can last for years without damage. On the other hand, silk fibers can weaken with friction, leading to small tears if not handled properly. Sharp objects or rough surfaces can cause snags, making silk less forgiving than other fabrics like cotton or polyester. After your second time reaching out to us regarding your ripped sheets and after receiving a complimentary replacement, we suggested that our silk bedding may not be the ideal match for your needs.
We genuinely appreciate your investment in our products and are sorry that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. Our goal is always to provide high-quality products along with excellent customer service, and we’re disappointed to hear that you felt otherwise.

Love

I have recently ordered two different sets of skinny scrunchies from them as well as their free swatch samples. The order arrived about a week later and was just as described.

The scrunchies are smooth and silky. The elastic on the inside seems sturdy as well. I also love the fact that they offer free sample swatches so that you can see the colors as they are before making a product purchase. They also have a reward program.
