Received a different colour
The shorts are completely fine nothing wrong with the quality or the state in which I received them, they look and feel very good actually but I received the wrong colour :(

you think you are buying from the UK…
you think you are buying from the UK but apparently the products come from Thailand... and then you get an invoice with a high amount to pay… Dissapointed !!!!!

We ship a minority of products from the UK but the vast majority are shipped from Thailand. Including all those you purchased. On each item’s page we specify where it is shipped from and state throughout our terms that most items are shipped from Thailand.
Appreciate this is frustrating but we have no control over customs, fees and taxes. All customs, fees and taxes are not included in our rates and are the customer’s sole responsibility. We try our best to make this clear at the product, checkout and FAQ level.
Based on our understanding, importing into Sweden from the UK is subject to very similar levels of customs, tax and duties as from Thailand. So the invoice you got would have been very similar as its from the Swedish authorities, not us.
