Second time using MSR surveying!

Both times have been a quick and efficient process. Communication is brilliant, the detailed surveyors report is brilliant and I was even recognised from when I used them before and their sound experience helped with the comparison between the first and second property I was looking to purchase!

Second time round, I had a tight deadline to get a property surveyed - I requested a quote on the early hours, received a call at 9.05am to book in and the surveying was completed by 1pm. Then got a call back immediately to discuss the outcome prior to the report being completed and provided.

Very personable, knowledgeable, honest & transparent.

Recently had a property surveyed by MSR Surveying and couldn't have been happier. Survey was done incredibly promptly (not sure if I got lucky there, they normally state that it's within a certain number of days, whereas mine was done much quicker), and got a telephone call with the surveyor to discuss the findings.

The largest issues were brought up and what the surveyor thought was best to do next. The full survey came in a week or so later (at about 1am on the day after their estimated delivery day, so I can't really fault them for that!), and went through the identified issues in good detail.

After discussing the findings with people I trust, I ultimately used the survey to withdraw my offer on the property. While not the best outcome overall, it likely saved me tens of thousands of pounds and several years of stress, and allowed someone with greater ability to take on the issues.

I'll certainly be considering MSR for any future surveys I need!

I booked a level 3 building survey and the service and communications was great. I had Saqib carry out my survey and he was very professional. He gave me insight in to what he was doing and was very meticulous in his approach. He used a drone to check the roof and in the report he provided, gave thorough details on his findings.

I had MSR Surveying doing a Level 3 Survey for me. The service was spot on from start to finish. The booking system was really good and everything was explained from when I booked for their services, I spoke to the surveyor before he carried out the works and the report was detailed once the survey was carried out.
