Thank you for taking the time to write a review.
Your order selection described the device as 'fair condition', and no issues.
The device we received had significant dents and scratches, which we consider as poor cosmetic condition.
The screen also had issues with the backlight, with some white pixels present.
As such, we have to revise the offer, given the difference in cosmetic condition, and screen issues.
We always offer our customers the choice to have the device sent back to them, should they not be happy with the new pricing.
We are happy to discuss further, either by email or phone call.

We received 2 devices from you.
Both devices were originally described as good cosmetic condition, but upon receipt, both were found to be in very rough shape, with major dents on 4 corners. As such, we have to revise the prices to reflect as poor cosmetic condition due to the dents and scratches found on both laptops.
We understand this may be frustrating, so if a customer is not happy to accept the revised prices, we always offer to return the devices to you at our own expense. Easy, fair price for good sale- would use again!
Really easy to use, provided paid postage and was fair with quotes on purchases. And offered to return items if I didn’t agree to revised quotes, which I didn’t end up needing. Payment was almost immediate on agreeing to quotes. Would def use again and recommend.

As we explained to you by email, the delay was due to Australia Post, especially during slowdowns related to COVID-19.
As soon as we received your device, we emailed you and started the assessment.
We sent you the results of assessment the same afternoon.
We provide free standard shipping through Australia Post, and our customers can upgrade to Express Post if they choose to.

I filled in the detail of the computer…
I filled in the detail of the computer and what was wrong with it. ( broken screen ), now that I think about it I should have just used my home and contents insurance and paid the $600 excess and gotten a new MBP.
Anyhow, I’ve received the pre paid bag to send it to Tutez and all I’ve got to do is send it and fill in my bank details so I can get paid the amount agreed on.
