Both the staff and the quality of the product was top notch. I ordered a print for my son and daughter in law of their two little dogs that had passed away recently. Pal and Smudge had been with them as they began their marriage and welcomed their two sons. Mim did a wonderful job of enhancing the photographs I sent her. She somehow managed to bring out the unique personalities of the two dogs. MrSweetface was attentive throughout the ordering process from beginning to end. I also love that 20% of the company profits goes to animals in need! I highly recommend this company.

I’ve been buying from this brand for a while now and have always had a positive experience. The designs are lovely and the garments are very comfortable to wear. The quality has been consistent each time I’ve ordered. They also offer customised gift items. I’ve got three personalised mugs and I’m really pleased with them. It’s great to know that MSF products are certified organic and that the brand supports animal causes. Looking forward to ordering again.
