So far customer service answers email right away. Animal patterns were only showing the turtle. They sent me the link to all that worked instantly.

I had an issue with signing into my account to change my address and to review my subscription. Kelvin was great in assisting me with finding my account and changing my shipping address.
I Love the fabrics that are sent. I feel joy when I open my box.

Mrs. Quilty is an excellent company to work with. Their service department is fast to respond and very helpful. I was missing a fat quarter piece of fabric from my last box. I notified them and within a few hours I had a replacement on the way and a return email thanking me for letting them know. Wonderful company!!

Mrs. Quilty keeps you informed with shipping updates. The box is like a gift at Christmas, you can hardly wait on the next box. I have only been quilting for about a year. The book of instructions are awesome, easy to follow and helpful in many ways. It shows you a variety of options and shares many quilting tips.
The fabric patterns and colors are great.

I had ordered an online PDF pattern and I did not receive the file. I did not have an online account with them. That’s ok, because I emailed support and heard back right away. Once I gave her my order number she emailed the file to me. Very quick excellent support!

I inquired about patterns that I thought they were coming in my prescription box , but I got a response back within a few minutes that they were actually patterns to download, this was very helpful and they responded that I can reach out anytime I have a question about anything. I somehow deleted a file that Mrs Quilty had sent to me. It contained all of the files I needed for my subscription box. I really don't know what happened to the file. I checked my trash, spam archive etc. They were so quick with a response and immediately fixed the problem. I am a new member and I am so impressed with their customer service!
