Prompt and efficient, good range of product.

I have yet to receive my oder. I think it should have been here by now. I placed my order on 18 April and it is now 8 may. I have tried to contact you, but only got one response and all it said was it's on its way. The tracking number is if no use it tells me nothing. I'm very disappointed with Mr. SNUFF at this time. I paid for a product and it seems I will never receive it.

I am very happy with the service. Shipping to the US was quick. The online store was easy to use. They even gave me a random gift for free! Definitely will be ordering again! 10/10.

I forgot to add this important little tit-bit of information. Im 47 years old almost half a ton lol 😆 & I had been smoking cigarettes near on two packs a day since I was roughly 15 years old in there I also experienced & fell in love with Pipe tobacco & pipes, ive been off cigarettes & my pipes (still have them all & my tobaccos/could smoke a pipe anytime I like) for going on around 5 months now, I credit Jesus Christ first & foremost for strengthening me, but it needs to be said that if not for Kay & the wonderful Mr. Snuff team there's ABSOLUTELY NO WAY I'd be off the pipes & cigs, they've looked after me in soooo many ways & have been the loyal & VERY trustworthy vehicle that has allowed me to come this far, Many heartfelt sincere thanks to Kay, the Mr. Snuff team & for these wonderful people who actually care about the lives of smokers & who daily go above & beyond to find a way to help those of us who want to stop the smoke!!!!

Ive been a snuff user for over 20 years. Mrsnuff is now the only place to get snuff. The service is still great in spite of that.

Everything is good quality- delivery is quicker than it used to be, queries are dealt with professionally and I love the occasional freebie!

I made a test order just to see the experience ordering from the USA. In my surprise I had my order in 9 days. The order went so well, I immediately placed a larger order, and I will be ordering routinely / regularly solely from Mr. Snuff to keep stocked. They have made a lifetime customer. I have not dealt with customer service directly, but if it’s anything like their order processing and delivery team then everyone needs to order from none other then Mr. Snuff.
