Mrs Dehele is an excellent tutor. She took the time to get to know my son, build a relationship with him and break down any barriers he had towards learning. He absolutely loved his tutoring sessions, and the results speak for themselves!

He has just received his GCSE results, and thanks to Mrs Dehele’s support, he jumped two grades in both English Language and English Literature.

I couldn’t recommend Mrs Dehele enough. My son got a 1 in his MOCK GCSE in English, his confidence was also low and he never thought he’d pass. Mrs Dehele went above and beyond to fill gaps of learning which helped build his confidence along the way. With her knowledge, experience and patience she got him the pass he needed. We can’t thank her enough and will definitely be using her services in the future for my daughter.

Mrs Dehele was the most amazing English tutor for my daughter in helping her go from marks 1-2 in her mocks to passing with a 4 in her exams, I personally was over the moon. Yet its not just all about the marks, her kind, patient and thoughtful manor in her teaching style, along with some fun, as I could her the laughter when on sessions together, made my daughter want to learn and put the hard work in to get the result she wanted and that was a pass!! Having an honest and friendly relationship in learning helps make the child want to learn and you will get that with Mrs Dehele, highly recommended.

Mrs Dehele helped my son improve by two grades in his English lit and language GCSE's.

She was extremely patient and worked with his skill set to enhance his confidence which in turn helped him do better overall. She set him work to reinforce his knowledge and tested him throughout the year.

Pumm came to us quite late in the GCSE process, when we could see that our son was struggling with confidence in English. She has helped him understand what is required during the exam process and where he is able to gain maximum points. He secured a place at Alcester Grammat 6th form taking English language as one of his A level choices.

There is an expression : you can lead a horse to water ... you know the rest ! - Well, Pumm was able to convince our recalcitrant teenager to develop his English skills and almost enjoy it ! with the added bonus of adding 2 grade points to achieve a 6 in GCSE.
We would highly recommend Pumm to any parent/child who is looking for an excellent English coach/tutor etc - we will be definitely being using her again for our next victim/child.

Highly recommend this wonderful English tutor who forms a great relationship with pupil and parent. She’s kind and caring and will plan lessons to suit the pupils needs. My daughter smashed her English exams with Mrs Dehele’s support.

By the end of year 10 i truly thought i had no chance at passing my english GCSE’s and suprise!! results day today ended up getting better than i ever thought i could and that is all because of Mrs Dehele.
