Unfortunately the funeral flowers provided were dead the very next day, and was told it was due to the heat, even though other peoples flowers from other shops were in perfect condition and they weren’t in the sun long. The flowers that were sprayed looked awful the next day also and dead. When going back to the Maidstone branch the woman Nicki I believe her name is was extremely rude on the phone and in person. We left some of the flowers there and then when we finally had a call from a ‘manager’ we were offered a replacement heart when due to the quality should have had all the letters replaced. When requesting to just replace the I love heart U MUM they just denied. Nearly £1000 was paid to them and they were just awful. They didn’t even look as nice as other florists on the day.

Thank you for the beautiful heart floral arrangement for my aunts funeral on 19/5/26 having ordered online as I live in Yorkshire you always worry that they are going to arrive on time and that the flowers are fresh. but they were just perfect as my cousin took a photo and sent to me so I was really pleased I would always use MR FLOWER again and recommend to family and friends thanks you so much.

I took delivery of a bouquet of flowers for my 52nd wife’s wedding anniversary The flowers were expensive, but you’d think looking at them, but they were no better than a £5 bunch from a supermarket the leave started dropping after two days and five days. Though thoroughly watered. The plant will soon be going into the rubbish bin. I have used Mr flower Chatham for a few years. I don’t think I’ll ever bother again.

Spoke to Jane at Birchington today to order funeral flowers for my mum. She was lovely, really helpful and sensitive. I’ve spoken to lots of insensitive people recently and it was such a comfort to have Jane dealing with the flowers. She confirmed the details lots of times too. Really professional, warm lady.

My Husband bought me a bunch of flowers today from Hempstead Valley Mr Flower - well wrapped however once unwrapped at home it is clear they are poor quality and not going to last more than a day or two , many heads were wilting, squashed or snapped , the flowers were losing petals too and making a mess before they were even put in a vase so they have all gone in the recycling bin -lesson learned - no point in taking them back and wasting more time or money . We wouldn’t recommend or return to this florist again .

Mr Flower Rochester arranged the coffin flowers and another bouquet for my late father’s funeral. The flowers were gorgeous and beautifully arranged, just as I had specified. Would recommend.

I ordered 10 white roses from Mr Flower Hempstead for a memorial service, once in a life time service. Confusion when they should be collected, pick them up on the morning of the service, wrapped up in Mr Flowers brown paper and off I went, when I unwrapped them, I'm sure most florist would have thrown them in the bin, absolutely disgraceful, it brough a tear to my eye, I would never recommend them to anyone.
someone called into Sainsburys on the way to the service and brought them at a lower price in perfect condition.

I would highly recommend Mr Flower in Maidstone. I placed my order by phone as I don’t live in the area and they were friendly, helpful and clearly very experienced which was reassuring. My order was for funeral flowers and I have to say the flowers were absolutely lovely - they did us proud and we were delighted. You place an order and have to rely on the florist not to let you down (and embarrass you in front of your relations!) and from my experience I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Flower in Maidstone. I have now visited the Sittingbourne branch twice and can only say both times the service was exeptional!
Both visits were for funeral flowers and I was treated so kindly it really was a pleasant experience.
The staff were friendly but professional and the flowers were beautiful and very reasonably priced.
I will certainly visit again.

What an excellent flower and plant shop the Gravesend store is. Great selection of healthy plants and very good prices. The assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful - despite the challenges that lockdown had caused. Considering the expensive and often pathetic plants we have bought on-line this place is a breath of fresh air!
