Persons does not lotion my concern at all and for fully imposed me charges without understanding my concern.

A person that does NOT listen to their client, needs to find a different profession! Lea did not listen to a word that was said to her, and if she did, she never acknowledged what was being said. She just kept following her script!! NOT GOOD!!

The agent was very warm and her tone was non-threatening and welcoming. She was very polite and explained everything thoroughly making sure that I understood everything that was taking place and what my responsibilities were.

They were fast to helping you (once you got through) with resolving minor hardships and taking notes to assure they will help you to catch up with your financial obligations. They read back your request to be sure of everything that was discussed with them

I needed help and better understanding of the terms and not only did they help but they made me feel that even through my struggles they were here to help me

In February 2025, I was given a 60 day delinquency notation on my credit report by Mr. Cooper, that was fraudulently caused by a lie from a loan officers lies at The Federal Savings Bank ("Mr. Conner Patterson").

I provided all the facts and information to Mr. Cooper and ask if the negative information could be removed from my credit report, but it was all to no avail, which caused me to have to wait an additional "8 months" in order to refinance my loan to take advantage of the lower interest rates at that time!

This is an ongoing situation. Paperwork submitted beginning of Nov for state property tax exemption due to 100% disabled vet, p &t. Got an initial letter I would be contacted by cross country tax department...no word. But I sure the heck have had my escrow RAISED almost $100. Exemption STARTS Jan 1, 2026. No word, and when I call, conflicting information or misinformation. My mortage payments should be LOWERED between $400 and $500 dollars a month. Instead, the escrow review increased it. Do I need to make a formal complaint to the state of Florida?

I am unable to sign in to my account so I can pay my mortgage. I had to change my email address. I could not do it online so I called and a representative did it for me. I have been unable to log in ever since. I called to get help and was told I couldn't sign in because the site was changing over to Rocket. I would just like to pay my mortgage.
