Two workmen for fitting solar panels and two workmen for fitting air source heat pump and all were very professional. Had slight issue after they left and when I phoned about it the guy in charge soon returned my call and talked me through how to deal with the problem and everything been great since

Two tradesmen on site were brilliant professional, well mannered and kept me up to date on what they were doing.

I've had a very mixed experience. Initially all seemed well but it's taken a long time to get things finished. The ashp misfunctioned in first week, the sub contractors came out and identified issue. MPC then 'fixed'it. Discovered in May the 'fix' was to switch off the anti bacterial cycle altogether. Six months after fault originally reported they arrived with manufacturers engineer and as the subs had said, was a wiring issue.
Job started mid December and all snagging only now done. Had own electrician fit extractor fan as had waited three months and wasn't risking damage new kitchen. Took another two months get bathroom one installed.

I'd have left two starts if it wasn't for fact Andy the PM has done all he could but no one else in company seems to take any ownership of issues.

My project was selected for a compliance check. Several things highlighted at that point.

I have had an inspector out and he wasn’t happy at the end result. I know have a hole in my ceiling area where the boiler has been situated and hasn’t been sealed off as a result I have at least 9 moths a night in my kitchen area. Also I am entitled to new theromostats on my heaters. If this is not sorted I will take this up with environmental health.

JUST RECENTLY HAD THEM DO A SUPER JOB AND ALL WENT VERY WELL THEY WORKED FROM START TO COMPLETING THE JOB OF A NEW GAS BOILER SO WELL AND THE CONTACT FROM THE COMPANY AGAIN WAS BRILLIANT A LOVELY TEAM AND GREAT OVERALL I HAVE ONLY FULL PRAISE FOR HAVING THEM AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND I AM A GENUINE HOME OWNER RETIRED SO PLEASE GIVE THEM A JOB THANK YOU AND BEST WISHES TO ALL FROM BARRIE REVIEW DONE 12TH MAY 2023 .

Quick work, friendly guys. Down point were dirty foot prints all over my internal walls from them accessing my loft and a half dead lawn from them draining the tank onto it instead of using the drain

Initially thee was a slight issue with a mix up over dates apart from that the boiler replacement went smoothly. The engineers were professional and informed me of the processes they needed to do.

What can I say but, MPC Energy were excellent from start to finish. Thank you so much.

We are currently experiencing some problems with MPC. They came and surveyed all keen to get the work. Planned, Internal wall insulation, Solar Panels, and Air Source heating. We agreed, surveys were done, plans were made. The IWI went swimmingly, but the Solar installer, came and went due to weather even though a house not 400 yards away was getting Solar installed that very day. He came back some days later and after removing 2 pieces of flashing, and damaging some garden trim decided our roof was unsuitable and would need retiled - after an independent review from another solar company, turns out this isn't true. The heating system was booked for the 9th of Feb, no-one turned up. SO after a call I was told a few people had jumped the queue in front of us, now we are being told there is nowhere to put the system, after 2 surveys, by themselves, said there was. So I can not recommend MPC for any work I am afraid, as we have been left high and dry part way through what was a 3 part improvement.

We were wanting underfloor insulation in our house to increase it’s energy performance rating.
We contacted a few companies and with recommendation choose MPC Energy.
From start to finish they were extremely professional. MPC initially sent out a surveyor to assess the job and to test for crawl space.
He advised the best way to carry out the job showing us a sample of the insulation being used.
MPC provided a very competitive quote.
The lads who carried out the insulation arrived on time and did an excellent job to a very high standard.
They also took photographs of the work once it was completed.
Customer service from start to finish by Megan was first class.
I would highly recommend this company.

MPC Energy offered great advice on my new heating system, including funding options, which I am very grateful for. I had been without a central heating system for a long time and had been at a loss as to what I should do next.

MPC Energy were then very quick off the mark to get the air source heat pump installation planned. The actual installation was quicker than anticipated and the heating system has been without a glitch since installation.

Steer well clear of this company if you are wanting good customer service and want their engineers to actually turn up.

This company were supposed to install cavity wall insulation and a boiler. I had the initial survey done then nothing. They eventually called and arranged 2 days to complete the work. The first day their engineers did not turn up and the second day was also cancelled on this day.
Following this I have called them to many times to be told they cant give me a date as they use subcontractors for some of there work. The staff are hit and miss with knowledge on the services they supply.
In the end I had to go back to the initial company that got them involved to intervene. I then got a snotty call off the MD (please see other reviews) who tried then said he would now remove me from their systems and hung up.

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Steer well clear.

I had new storage heaters installed by Chris from MPC energy and I am delighted with the heaters and the great work done by Chris who was very professional and his work was excellent I would recommend MPC without hesitation

Mcp energy fitted our new boiler and loft insulation they done a fantastic job and explained in full the instructions for the boiler I would recommend them 100%

Customer service was informative and helpful at every stage of the instalation. The insulation was quick with no mess. The boiler was installed very efficiently the Engineer was friendly and explained how the controlls worked...

Receptionists very helpful with very nice on the phone. Workmen efficient and left no mess. Had a few teething problems and these were resolved quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this company.

Very friendly staff, a good bit of work was required for the boiler installation, job was very well done and no mess left behind, no hesitation on recommending this company
