I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolute scammers I have emailed 3 times now to get my subscription removed as it was done via email not on any of the platforms displayed on their website where they have clear instructions on how to cancel. You are STILL taking money from me.
No response from anyone and it’s causing great distress. Vile company taking peoples money.
I want all payments back, I will be reporting for fraud and I will be contacting my bank to block any further payments. Absolutely disgusting, revolting behaviour.

Wow!! Wish I would’ve read the reviews first for a what I thought was a harmless .50 astrology chart! 😂🙄🥴😒 Pretty much, what everyone else said is accurate. They sucker you in with the promise of an astrology chart for $.50 and then against your will enroll you into a subscription that they don’t mention before beforehand and that’s impossible to cancel. I’ve emailed a couple times and got no response to cancel the account and even did finally cancel the account through either the app or the website. Don’t remember which, after having to dig like crazy just for the option to… but yet every couple of days at the same time of night, for the past two weeks now, they’ve tried to pull the same $12.99. But, thankfully they’ve been unable to get because I paid with Apple Pay and the source that they’re trying to pull the money from, I don’t keep money in there. So haha bastards lmao. 😂💀 nevertheless it’s a shame how they’re trying to scam money from people in 2026.

This is a total scam
This is a total scam. I don’t often write reviews but if I can stop one person from buying from them it’s worth it. I bought a one off product for 50p and then got charged £8.90 a month without consent or knowledge of any subscription. I have since contacted them to have any subscription stopped with no reply. I have had to dispute this with my bank. Please AVOID! They need to be reported.

SCAM. As many have already said. Deleted my account and noted I wanted to cancel subscription (that I didnt sign up for), still charging my card £8.90 a month even when deleted account and I thought unsubscribed. Use Zotlo on web, wouldn't work on my mobile web properly. Sign up using the same email address Moyra Webb has and cancel from there.

Es una estafa, te copian la tarjeta virtual y en la app quieres dar de baja la suscripción y no te lo permiten, por otro sitio a sus correos que te ponen para cancelar la suscripción tampoco te dan de baja, terminas con tener que hacer una denuncia y después al banco para que te devuelvan el dinero, no lo miréis ni por 0.50 céntimos

Like everyone said its a scam. Here’s how to cancel 1. Log into zolto dashboard 2. Go to subscriptions and cancel the Moyra one. Zolto is a third party partner of Moyra and that’s how you can cancel it. If that doesn’t work contact your bank and block their payments

Biggest Scam ever. I have emailed them three times to cancel my subscription I never agreed to. No one has answered or replied. There is no section in the profile where you can cancel either which makes it so dodgey !!

Never let you cancel subscription, don't fall for it!!
Sucks.....was supposed to be given all these special reports after the natal chart. The natal chart was decent, so I had no issues with that. However, the rest of the reports never came, and I tried to cancel my subscription several times, and they keep charging me 12.99 a month despite my attempts to cancel and my enails....

Its a Scam
They don't warn you about the GBP 8.90 Debit, they just do it. Take these steps to safeguard your bank account:
1. Remove your card details from account dot zotlo dot com (Use the same email as you used in Moyra)
2. Then go to subscriptions
3. Click on Moyra Web
4. Remove your payment details
As an added measure, cancel the card used and get a new one. Can't really say who and what has that card detail now.
