Will sign you up to a subscription and you can not cancel subscription!!!!!

Horrible service! Has signed me up for a subscription and taking money from my account without consent!!! I'm disputing every penny with my bank account! I've tried emailing, sending in queries and downloading the app to cancel but no success!! THIS IS A SCAM

THIS IS A SCAM. THEY ARE THIEVING DISGUSTING SCAMMERS AND DESERVE TO GO TO JAIL. I'M FILING A LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM.

I believed I was signing up for a ONE TIME horoscope review costing approximately $0.50. Instead, I was charged $10 and am somehow ONGOINGLY billed without my knowledge or consent. I DID NOT AGREE to ANY subscription or continuous billing plan. I have also not received any confirmation emails, and I am unable to access or verify the billing details associated with my account. The SHEER LACK of transparency in your app and subscription process is extremely CONCERNING. The information provided was unclear and misleading, making it difficult to understand that I was being signed up for recurring charges. I am attempting to cancel my subscription and get in contact with them so hopefully it can be cancelled.

Absolute scam. I gave no permission for a subscription- whatever they did to take the money was very well hidden and shouldn’t be allowed. I thought I was giving my email to receive a free birth chart - like many free online services but this was a TOTAL SCAM. There is no easy way to cancel, no replies to my emails requesting cancellation . These people are not to be trusted.

Deserves no stars and is clearly a scam. I bought a one-off product and then like all the others found I had been signed up to a subscription that I had not authorised. It is not appearing on my Applepay subscriptions and seems impossible to cancel

Illegal money deducting without my permission although I didnot subscribe for monthly service but still deducting from credit account

Total scam! Don't give them your bank information.

I blocked them via my bank because I could not find out how to cancel my subscription and they wanted to charge me €12,99. They tried to claim that money 6 times in one week.

ITS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM. I’ve been trying to cancel this subscription which I didn’t bloody ask for or sign up for. I email the customer service line and they blatantly ignore them. Avoid this thing at all bloody costs, I’m beyond pissed off and frustrated.

I paid for one service, then found myself with a repeat subscription being charged monthly. Impossible to work out how to cancel this as there's no information on how it was set up in the first place. I've had to ask my bank to put a stop on the payments, but have lost quite a bit of money before realising.

Overall, it’s fun but also lowkey helpful for self-discovery. I’d recommend it if you’re into astrology or just curious.

Extra charges and very tricky to cancel. Do this via Zolto using the email address you signed up to Moyra with and you can cancel easily here and remove your card details too.

same story - i was able to cancel my subscription by logging into this "zotlo" thing but i dont feel comfortable with this other app somehow having my payment data. i will need to contact them as well to ask for my payment information / account to be deleted

Absolute terrible company, u pay 50p for a birth chart then it signs you up for a monthly subscription which is impossible to cancel. I emailed 3 times with no response then spent around half an hour trying to cancel it. Horrible experience

Yes, as all others have said- a scam company and fraudulent product. In order to unsubscribe - type 'zolto subscriptions' into google and log in to the website.

They don’t have a cancellation option on the app. I contacted customer service , they said to cancel
Using a link but they never sent me the link. I messaged again asking for the link, they never responded. It also doesn’t show up in the subscriptions area on apple accounts like all other apps do so can’t cancel it that way. Turns out you have to login to some random website to cancel, I discovered this from others online who have had the same issue. I hope it works because I’ve been charged for 2 months that I didn’t want.
