Only 1 of 3 sets looked remotely like what I ordered.

Have not received my order and my emails have been ignored.

I ordered a dress from moxi over 2 weeks ago and have not received it, I have emailed the company twice and also messaged several times on instagram and have been ignored. I still have not received the dress or a refund. Do not recommend ordering from here at all!

Absolute embarrassment of a company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

After constant emails to find out where my order was, they continued to ignore me and cancelled my order.

No refund has been issued. Absolutely vile service and do not recommend

If I could give 0 stars I would. scam company I returned my order and after several emails chasing them for an update I still haven’t received my refund after a month. Reporting to trading standards.

This company is shockingly bad.
I bought 2 separate items 2 days apart.
The first one still hasn’t arrived it’s been 3 weeks and the second one arrived and was damaged. I emailed the store to tell them this and they got back in touch to tell me to send a picture. I sent a picture and I have had no response from them at all. It has been 2 weeks so I’ve had to make a claim on my bank account to get this money back - please everyone do this if you want your money back - they will investigate the company and give you your money back.

AVOID! Did not receive all the items in my order despite being charged, I raised a complaint with moxi via email twice and was ignored. I also direct messaged their instagram page but was ignored there too. They deleted my comments on instagram asking for help with this.

The items I did receive were very very poor quality material, definitely would not order again.

The 5 star review on here is obviously fake, posted by the owner of the company Omar Khan under his own name.

I recently ordered a 2-piece set and only received 1 item (should have been 2) tried to get in touch with Moxi.co and they haven’t responded. Disappointing. Would be happy to change my review once rectified

The dresses I received are nice however one is awful quality and I have emailed Moxi multiple times and even messaged on Instagram for a return label and they’ve continued to ignore me meaning I am out of pocket for something outside of my control. I definitely wouldn’t recommend shopping with them since you can’t return anything.

Avoid Avoid they will rip you off I ordered an item returned it and not received a refund and when you go on their Instagram page they will delete comments where people have complained about not getting their money back. AVOID AVOID I am not going to let them get away with it I am going to post it on any available platforms as I can

You have to contact them if you wish to return your items but you do not get a response.

I've contacted them via their website, 4 emails and Instagram, but absolutely nothing. It's extremely frustrating and I would never use this company or recommend it to anyone. I should have looked at the reviews prior to ordering.

Ordered a dress that I never received,was told it was out of stock but coming in the week after which again never did!I have sent numerous emails to them with no reply and no refund still 4 weeks later

I have paid for a dress then was emailed by Hally to tell me the dress has gone out of stock. They have not refunded me my money or sent me an alternative and have not responded to any of my emails

Send me the wrong size I had to pay postage back and reorder for them to do the same thing again , now still waiting on my refund for the dress 3 weeks later with multiple emails AVOID

Quality dress for my girlfriend. Bought 3 and she loved every one of them , would us agian

AVOID this company. Sent me a faulty item and the wrong size, had to be in constant communication with them to try and get my money back. They have only refunded me part of my money as they didnt have the decency to reimburst me for the postage that i paid to receive & return the item. Absolutely awful experience. Please don't waste your time or money with this company, you'll end up out of pocket!

Please do not order from this company trying to do a refund since the 23rd no response or reply. They just want your money and then run

Amazing quality and service! I was a little apprehensive at first with buying as I see the first two reviews, so I reached out to the company and mentioned the comments.. They actually were very helpful and provided evidence that some customers order pre-order dresses mistakenly and then complain when they don’t arrive next day which I understand. Then they reassured me they are a real company so I ordered and I’m in love with my outfits. I’ll definitely be ordering again xx
