Excellent service, item arrived in 2 days exactly as stated by the company. Delivery was well packaged with quality goods inside. Their courier A.P.C. kept me up to date when goods would arrive which they did at the stated time. Hassle free company with competitive prices. Will use again , Many thanks.

Now shop did a fantastic job HOWEVER their couriers DID NOT. APC were atrocious. Thursday they said the parcel would be delivered Friday, Mid morning Friday they said they’d made an error and it would not be delivered, having taken time off work to be in for the delivery. Pathetic. Finally on Monday I received a text to say my parcel had been delivered, JOKE

A great business to deal with. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
Queries are dealt with quickly. Delivery is spot on, too, quck and efficient.

Despite an initial error over the price quoted on the website an apologetic approach from Joe corrected this and the Stihl strimmer I purchased remained a great price & arrived much quicker than expected. Customer service & delivery via APC were excellent. I’d recommend this small company & definitely buy again from them. Thanks Joe!

First class service

So refreshing to deal with a company with such exceptional customer service. Big thanks to Joe for his help with a minor issue. Highly recommended.

The mark of a good business is not whether problems occur; it’s how they sort your problem. I had an item missing from mine. The issue was owned without quibble or debate and then resolved by a delivery the very next day. Joe, I have no idea whether you are the owner, manager or a very caring, diligent employee….. but I just wanted to say thank you and well done

Good price, quick delivery.

The product was exactly what we need and delivered straight away

Great communication and price and even better my mini chainsaw arrived the day after I purchased it. Would definitely use Mowshop again.

No problems with ordering. They seemed to have the best price and delivery was with a day or two. I'd use Mowshop again.

Hi
From the beginning MowShop has gone out of its way to be extremely helpful and professional - replying to an initial enquiry within 2 minutes on WhatsApp, ordering an out of stock item, and immediately ordering a replacement for a part that arrived scratched for free. It's the best customer service that I have ever encountered in my whole life!
Really very professional, excellent, flawless!

Very good service

Very impressed with the telephone experience, and as first contact with the company to me this is so important. Efficient, professional and friendly, my order was handled without any fuss or problem. Excellent service!!!

Great service, great communication, good price and great product (Stihl chainsaw) delivered by courier within 24 hours, perfect! Will definitely use Mowshop again

great service, good price, with next day delivery. (stihl chain saw).

Excellent quick service at a really good price. Recommended.

Ordered a Stihl chainsaw when mine packed up. When it arrived it wouldn't start. I called Mow shop and Joe talked me through getting it running, turned out I had flooded the engine 🤦
Happy with the chainsaw and it's been working well since the early problem. Good help line sorted my problem quickly. Just got to finish filling the log shed now!

I received excellent expert and professional advice on selecting the right leaf blower for my garden with prompt delivery.
