I ordered three pairs which came to me in 23 days amidst the COVID 19 delays. Pairs just like the original. I love them you can name change and have full access to the Bluetooth menu on iOS. The volume icon shows the gen 1/2 icon but that is fine. No noise cancellation or transparency, but if that’s not why you bought/want to buy it that won’t be a problem. They come with everything in the box. Lighting to USB c, proprietary ear tips Just like apple’s, the AirPods wrapped in plastic just like the original, and the instruction manual.

If you are buying for the features they you are losing some things.
If you are buying for the look and don’t care too much about features then this is a great buy!

There is no scam just email them and they will give you a different tracking link.

Patience is key! If you aren’t going to be able to wait, then don’t order. If you can wait then go for it!

Edit: my left one stopped working in under two hours idk if it’s dead or not or if mine is defective. I’ve charged it for one hour and still nothing!

Long delivery took nearly 3 weeks to get to me in the end. The AirPods came great as normal, sleek and stylish design 1:1 with the real AirPods. Definitely recommend if you are willing to wait for it to come.

Leo in customer service gives you one day replies but you will get a eventually get a reply if it takes a bit longer than 1 day.

Patience and trust is key with MoWeek.

My i200 melted on there first charge.could've started a fire and burnt my house down. Leo at moweek agreed to replace, but after 6 weeks nothing arrived. I asked again and he said now the item was "already out of protection" which was a joke. He trys to stall for time as much as he can, but even at 14 weeks, paypal will refund up to 6 months. Moweek is low quality and may as well be a scam for the price. They are based in SHENZHEN CHINA!

Scam site. Been well over a week and the tracking number given to me doesn't exist.

Item not delivered. No refund made. Claimed that Canada Post custom held the item which was a misleading information. Do not trust Moweek, ever! SCAMMERS! BIG TIME! Waste of money, waste of time!

THIS COMPANY IS FAKE. I ordered a product which was placed in October, 2019. The product has still not come and I reached out to PayPal but since it was well over 180 days, Paypal could not do anything about he issue. This is completely unacceptable and I sent an email for a refund multiple times and yet they are still not responding. If airpods are your main reason as to why you are on their website, YOU ARE BETTER OFF BUYING THE REAL APPLE PRODUCT ITSELF. This company is a scam and please do not fall for the same issue that I myself and many others have fallen into.

Moweek are a fraud! They don’t reply to emails they will take your money they don’t send products they promise! Don’t waste your time or money!

I bought three pairs of the I200 TWS,They work just as well as the real pair of airpods but for more than half the price.

I bought the i500 tws pro more than a month now, and still received nothing, the worst support of all companys, when a asked about refund they stoped answering my emails, I bought thinking is a good clone and a American company and I think is just some Chinese trying to sell trash and make some coin in top of us customers, the 5 star review its fake beachside is the only good review, sítio NO PRODUCT, NO REFUND, NO SUPPORT

Don't be fooled by their 3 five star reviews on the site. They suck and the battery is messed up/glitchy. Poor customer service! Mine don't charge properly. I just saw last week Costco Canada is selling them for $188 so I'm just going to buy the real things and save myself the hassle.

Bought 2 AirPods by 3 days of separation.
The 2nd one arrived first, late, but first. After 2 weeks I asked for the first one that I bought and after about 2 weeks they tell me that it is in my country and that I should ask them. Did so but in my country they say that Moweek pays so low for shipping that there's almost no way to track my package.
Wrote them back once again and customer service is no answering.

STRIGHT GARBAGE, 1) ordered thinking that it was a in u.s company to my surprice came from china being that they use a u.s(cali) address Irvine which i thought would get items in couple of days being that Iam in the same state NOPE!! TRACKING# FROM CHINAPOST. WHICH TOOK OVER A MONTH. 2) I bought 3 pairs which 2pairs are dead a week after i got them, to wait so long just to get trash pretty much... the only way to reach them is via email which am sure they do that on purpose so they wont email you back if they choose not to. 3) Iam sure if i reach them they will tell me to send back, which will make me waist more MONEY to send back and spend 2 or 3 more months to get replacements plus shipping. all because they sent me trash to begin.

SO...your better off saving money buy the real ones, what you pay is what you get. AFTER ALL SAID AND DONE YOU WILL END UP WAISTING MORE THAN SAVING

Terrible customer service my mom ordered three pairs one was broken the offered a 5 dollar credit what a joke

I like the headphones a lot and have got 4 pairs. 1 came broken and Iv emailed 2 times about it. Product not bad but the customer service is bad. I just want it replaced. The charging case was broken at the hinge of it opening

Horrible customer service.! I ordered November 26 and it’s now January 7th and I’m still waiting .! My first item they said got held at the border and they gave me a 10$ credit .. my AirPods never got delivered and they are arguing with me over email that I signed for them.? And it’s not there responsibility if they were delivered to the wrong address and will not refund me... they asked for a 20$ payment via PayPal to receive a new pair .! They are frauds.!!!! Do not waste your money .!

Update:
Moweek contacted me to inform me a replacement was being sent. Very happy with their recent response but I just wish it didn’t have to be such a time consuming process to get a business to do the right thing. Just handle customers sincerely from the start. Hopefully the replacements last a while.

Original Review:
I ordered the i200 TWS Air 2, received December 5. Less than thirty days and the tap control function stopped working. They now continually play the audio non stop even while they’re pulled out of the ear and still play audio while set back into the case.

I contacted Moweek customer support and they’ve told me reset, which I’ve done multiple times and the problem still persists.

Don’t waste your money on these. $50 seemed worth it but not if they won’t even last a month. And it seems like Moweek isn’t going to back up they’re product with a replacement. I’m very disappointed in the product and company.

I have two boys. My oldest bought a pair and he loved them. They perform well, fit well and have a convenient charging station/carrying case. My youngest son, saw how good they were and bought a pair as well.

I ordered a pair of the AirPods. They took 2 weeks to receive. They worked almost a month and stopped working. I reached out to Moweek via email because they do not have a phone number to call and I was told to send a video. I sent 2 videos and then they tell me that the refund /replacement timeframe has passed. If I could score them a zero I would. I will never order another thing from them. I recommend others not to order as well. Just go get the real AirPods because these clearly are not close to the original ones.

Customer service can be better. I bought two sets but one malfunctioned so I contacted their support team from the website. They requested a video (which I provided) and they said I would receive a new set. It never arrived and they won’t return my emails.

Update: I did receive a replacement set over the holidays. The new set works fine. I’m adjusting my review based on their integrity to replace the defective AirPods.

Love it!! No difference at all with the real apple airpods!!
