Ease of ordering , was kept informed by updates when my product was being delivered and when I did receive my item it was packaged very well to prevent any damage during transit.

There was a significant delay with this particular item that was unforeseen and in no way the fault of Movie Figures, (I guess its part and parcel of collecting) but despite this I was provided with regular updates as to the whereabouts of the shipment which was greatly appreciated. When my item arrived I was immediately notified and an invoice was sent out at the same time. I managed to pay the amount owed before the daily parcel collection and my item arrived with me the next day! Fantastic and caring service as always so many thanks once again Movie Figures!

Great company fast first class service

Have ordered many items from Movie Figures and never had any issues. They are my go-to retailer for all my LOTR Weta statues, which you often cannot find anywhere else in the UK, their prices are really good, their service is very professional & efficient and they are always an absolute pleasure to deal with. I cannot recommend them highly enough. :) Keep up the great work Movie Figures! :)

Ordered two items approx a week apart, and both arrived superbly packaged, and i remarkably good time, unlike a certain UK company that would use tissue paper if they thought they could get away with it, and in the condition one would expect buying items not that easily purchased.
