What a “GENTLEMAN” Luke is to work with at MoveX. He is a brilliant asset to the company. He is always happy to help and he definitely goes the extra mile to keep the drivers on the road. We will definitely carry on working with yourselves!!!

Thank You, from the team at SB Vehicle Logistics limited

I've been on Movex for a over a year, been working with Abbi Howkins who is excellent at making connections and helping me when needed. She has great customer service, good communication and timely responses. I am very impressed with her and grateful for all her help. She does a great job at keeping moves covered and providing me with the jobs I need. Thank you Abbi.

The Broker team whom i deal with on a daily basis are very helpful, often in trying circumstances

Simply the best in the trade at present. Best quote for both traders and delivery companies and they do provide full support when needed.

Good luck!!!

I Work at Simply Driven Logistics/MerseysideVM we deal with Movex on a regular basis and Patrick is amazing he goes above and beyond to help support our team in the office to move our drivers round efficiently.

The competitive prices are phenomenal and the service is excellent - really easy to use as well.

Patrick from the broker team has been an alsolute gem, speaking to me honestly and keeping to his word on calling me back when I request. Helping me gain work through the platform whilst making my customer journey exceptional, thanks patrick

I booked a delivery for two vehicles from Scotland, the driver was made aware that one of the vehicles had an amber engine light on and was perfectly fine to drive and agreed to carry out the job regardless. The driver then turned up to collect one of the vehicles and contacted Movex to abort the delivery due to the amber engine light being on which they were already aware of. I have contacted Movex numerous times over the last 2 months as we have paid for two vehicle movements and received only one, leaving me £300 out of pocket. They have quite honestly refused to support me, the customer and are most happy to ignore foul play. If you use this service, don't expect this company to be reputable and will happily steal your money if things don't go as planned.

Do not use this company.

Worst company ever, absolutely horrible staff with no customer service skills.
Needs to be shut down so they can’t rip anyone else off.

Terrible service, take your money, say a jobs booked and to be collected then days turn into weeks and they cancel the job with not even a curtesy call to inform you, happened 3 out of the 4 bookings last week alone. now struggling to get my money back!
Never again

Steve was very professional from start to finish. Was on time and kept me informed of timings to delivery. Would use again .

Steve Merrick car and van transport

Terrible customer service and management, took the dealerships side and removed my account, the dealership has taken its business elsewhere so movex have lost a good transport company and a large network of dealerships due to poor management decisions.

Delivered my car for me via a third party and via a car sourcing company. Good service and nice driver

Great platform, we're always able to source transport throught this.
