I would like to say I have had the worst experience with this company they put me thru so much pressure during the purchase of the property every few days I would get emails and phone calls asking fall sort of questions regarding the purchase instead of contacting my solicitors due to all the pressure they put me through I ended up in hospital with high blood pressure now on daily blood pressure medication I have never in my entire life felt this much pressure put on me and my family
After putting in my complaint they have acknowledged that they should of done things differently and will relate back to the relevant departments
I would not use this company please be aware of the way they put you under pressure
This is not normal practice for a company to make there clients feel this way
I would not even give them one star for customer relations

Daniel L was absolutely fantastic. Can not rate him highly enough. Unfortunately I got stuck with an awful solicitor and if it wasn't for Daniel I wouldn't of known anything about the entire process. He was there from start to finish. He kept me updated at every opportunity and was also just a phone call away whenever I had questions. He chased things that should of been chased by my own solicitors but unfortunately again they were useless. Thank you again Daniel. You got me through a very stressful purchase and house move.
