Movers not Shakers of London Ltd Anmeldelser

I chose Movers not Shakers from three quotes. They weren't the cheapest, but I also just had a better feel about them. I was not wrong.
Communicating with Clint before the move was brilliant. I haven't moved house in 16 years and was understandably anxious about 'getting it right'.
Pack-up day and moving day were a dream, thanks to Fabio and his team. They were kind, respectful, tireless and importantly (to me) fun. Having people packing precious stuff can feel emotional - they made me feel entirely comfortable from start to finish.
I can't recommend them highly enough and I think the value for the money I paid was really good.

We used Movers not Shakers for our move and they were excellent. Clint in the office was super helpful and always prompt in responding to my various questions. The moving team on the day worked so hard but always with a smile. Really nice guys. I would no hesitate to recommend this company.

The team was great. We communicated with Clint (and Graham at the end too) who were really clear and timely in response. The moving team were also great, punctual and diligent when arrived. We used this service for short-term storage while we painted our flat. They were very accommodating/responsive when we had to extend our storage period and delay the return of items too. Thanks for making the process very smooth!

Clint was very informative at the survey. We were packing ourselves as we were on a budget and Clint gave us some great packing tips whilst on the video survey, which was really convenient and arranged within 1 hour of us contacting Movers not Shakers! When the guys arrived on the day, there was a "Foreman" and he talked us through the move plan clearly and arranged everything with the team of 4. Clint - you and your guys are a godsend! What is the most stressful experience was made so easy! Will be recommending to friends moving from Chelsea to Balham in the coming months. Seriously impressed and budget was reasonable, not the cheapest but not the most expensive. Top service for a mid range budget. Thank you Movers not Shakers of London!! James and Mairead!

The team was great from start to finish and made the whole process a lot easier and manageable than we could have imagined. Well labelled boxes, speedy construction of beds etc. We'll certainly recommend to friends

Movers not Shakers were wonderful, and I recommend them most highly. Moving house is a traumatic but cathartic experience, and they made the physical part of it a breeze. They are very well priced and were, by far, the best value from a slate of about 10 companies I got quotes from in the London area. Fabio and his crew were outstanding, and Clint - at central command / the office - was a real pleasure to deal with. FIVE STARS for great service!!!

Johnny and Alex did a great job. They arrived right on time and were so helpful and kind. Moving is always so stressful, it was such a relief to have things go smoothly. This was my second move with Movers and Shakers and both have been good experiences.

We had a fantastic experience with this moving company. From start to finish, communication was clear, movers were professional and friendly, and the experience was very easy on our part. I would highly recommend Movers not Shakers of London and will use them again for any future moves.

I will keep this factual - all bullet points below can be verified on request.

- They showed up over an hour and a half late on packing up day.
- They asked us questions and ignored our answers (they asked if we were taking the washing machine, we said no, then later had to stop them later loading it onto a van).
- Their re-assembly service did more harm than good - they assembled a cot the wrong way up (despite labels on a panel saying ‘this way up’ - we had to take it apart and re-do it the evening of our move as a mattress wouldn’t fit.
- They arranged a time to pick up boxes after our move and then just didn’t show up. I waited in for them, called twice to no answer, emailed, then was told they weren’t coming. When I complained about this and another issue they turned confrontational and said just put them in recycling (not easy with so many boxes).

The impression I have is that they were once good (they were recommended to me) but maybe just don’t care anymore. Wouldn’t trust them with my move in future.

Flawless service! I was moving halfway across London into a zone 1 flat that was on the third floor with no lift - not an easy move! The guys were amazing - really efficient, caring, and hardworking. Dismantled and reassembled my furniture perfectly, and tirelessly got everything up a tricky staircase in one piece. If I could give more than 5*, I would!

We had a great experience with Movers not Shakers. Clint was really friendly, helpful and flexible when booking as our move in date kept shifting. On the day the team were great and moved quickly and carefully to load and unload and ensure everything was placed in the right room in the new house.

Highly recommended. Quick, efficient, kind and careful, everything you could with for with a professional.

This is my third time using Movers Not Shakers -- they are just the best! Always clear communication, arrive on time, and FAST! Never had a single item damaged, and will continue to use them for all of my future house moves.

I can’t say enough good things about this moving company! From start to finish, they were everything you hope for when trusting someone with your belongings. The team was punctual, professional, and highly efficient. Their coordination and teamwork were impressive, ensuring a smooth and stress-free move. Every item was handled with care. I highly recommend Movers not Shakers for anyone seeking reliable and well-organized moving services.

Good communication prior to the move. The team on the day were great ...very friendly and efficient and very respectful of our belongings..They made our moving day less stressful..l wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Clint and his team have been amazing. Communication was transparent, clear and timely, and everything was executed exactly as agreed. His team took very good care of our belongings and were very polite and friendly. We did mess them about a fair bit as our completion date kept changing a few times - they were able to accommodate without fuss.
Compared to some other quotes value for money was also really decent. Definitely the best removal experience I've had in London!

Moving team of two were wonderful. Easy to work with, efficient and even went the extra mile to ensure everything was handled with care!

They were absolutely amazing. Had a little panick that it wouldn’t fit in the van but Gabriel and Kelvin were able to take care of everything and I was worried for nothing. Plus at the new house able to get the heating started thanks to them as well. Would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!!

Clint’s team made the entire process of packing and moving look easy. They manage to create a calm atmosphere in what could be a very stressful situation. They were friendly, professional and efficient, I would recommend them to anybody.

The quoting process for the removals was easy, Clint was incredibly accommodating with booking dates and has a lovely calm manner, and the guys who came to move my belongings were quick, efficient and friendly. I would recommend Movers not Shakers without hesitation.
