Was confused by the services offered at first however the gentleman on the live chat was very helpful and explained how to add all of my suppliers and have now updated everyone I need to when moving house.

I’m pleased to say I have saved a great deal of time using this service and I would recommend and use again, before doing this I had tried to contact my broadband and electric company and was struggling to get through to them and this has helped me.

I would rate this zero if I could.
Reading other reviews, I too got caught out, as soon as I made the payment I realised my error so contacted them via email and online chat straight away even before my payment left my account.. I was promised a full refund in 5-7 days and an email of the transcript, well, no surprises I’m still waiting for both 11 days on. We can safely say I won’t get my refund!
I’ve gone on to the live chat today and guess what … no one wants to talk to me (funny that!) even though ‘agents are online’
This company is a joke … don’t get caught out like I did and I hope my review prevents others spending £16:50 when you actually don’t need to.

Very helpful service, easy to use website spoke to a helpful gentleman on chat who advised me how I can add all the different companies gave me all the information I needed to set this up and I have now updated all of the companies I needed to

at first I have problems locating my account numbers etc but the chat service was helpful in helping me find these details overall I have saved quite a bit of time

Could give zero star … this is not as it seems Awful website which tries to look like it is an official place to change your TV licende address, then after putting your info in it asks for a £16.50 charge. They are not official, you can do this for free in seconds on the official tvlicencing website.

Contacted their 'customer service' who said in webchat that as I had disputed with PayPal it would delay a refund!

It really isn’t obvious that it was tv licensing company … not until I got PayPal receipt!

Surprised banks have not put a stop on this site to be honest, they are at best treading a thin line of fraudulence and are morally corrupt chargging £16.50 for an unskilled 30 second task which people can do themselves for free.

Got stuck on a few bits however the live chat service was actually quite good most of them are just robots but at least they have real people that can actually help you update all of this stuff so did make my life a lot easier

One thing I would say is make some of the text larger for us people with sight problems apart from that very good

Why is the website first on google when you type in change address for tv licence. Was charged £16.50 when this service is free with the offical tv licencing webite. Luckily got my refund via PayPal. Please do not use as they should not charge for changing address

Didn’t realise this wasn’t the legitimate tv licensing site so ended up paying for change of address which never happened as received letter from official tv licensing saying I could be fined!

Really impressed with the service offered, I was able to choose all of the companies i wanted to update within 5 minutes and has saved me probably many hours of stress

Website is easy to use and makes it clear which companies you want to choose, don’t understand why some people are not happy to pay a fee to save hours on the phone or trying to login to companies horrible online portals, just soo much hassle, Will use in future if I ever move again

This company needs to be removed. It’s misleading. Replicating the TV Licence and scammed me out of money. Believing I was purchasing a tv licence. Customer Services unhelpful and rude. *AVOID* I’m usually very careful but this company got me 🤬

Easy to use website and good support from the chat team was able to update all of the companies I needed to when moving house, it’s about time companies like this helps us get hold of these companies that you can never contact

If you fell for this be sure to keep a screenshot of the webchat or emails as evidence. You will need to show that you contacted them within 7 days and that services were not rendered (in my case because I did it myself).

Great service from start to finish I know they charge a fee for doing this but the amount of time I’ve actually saved is well into the multiple hours having to contact each company especially these days when most companies like southern water and tv licensing just do not answer their phones (so frustrating) or their customer service is just useless

Needed help and the live chat was quick and easy thanks again will use you in future but hopefully I won’t be moving any time soon

Very helpful especially at this time patient and understanding when I needed assistance chat but was able to find all of the information i needed.

Trying to contact other companies these days is an absolute nightmare even most of their life chats are just automated assistance and trying to reach them by phone is also a nightmare so this kind of service has benefited me at this time

Only negative thing I would say is there were a few companies missing from the list but overall good

Complete scam. i thought i was on the official TV licensing website to set up a new account and have been scammed £41. Requested urgent refund before solicitor action is taken. Please be very carful do not use this company and go with TV licence directly, which i thought i was doing.

Overall experience very good website was easy to use when moving house it’s always a struggle so I’m kind of glad cos like this faster every time I try and contact one of my companies their phone lines are either closed or it takes forever to get through to anyone and half the time their websites are a nightmare so I always prefer to write to them anyway this is saved me a lot of time thanks

SCAM!
In the middle of a house move, you are going to be distracted/not as on the ball as usual, and this company prey on this.
TV licence address changes are free on the real site.
It was too late before we realised this and have cancelled the card used to pay the £16.50 "admin fee".

Website was easy to use took me less than five minutes to add all of the different companies to my account.

Have received confirmation from a few of them to confirm accounts have been updated thought I would drop this review as appreciate the time saved thanks again steven

I can’t thank the chat team from move my enough, moving home whilst the energy crisis is hard enough least this has saved me a great deal of time and hassle. I got stuck on a few things but he pointed me in the right direction and sorted me with great advice, I would say £16.50 is well worth for 3 to 4 hours of long phone calls and stress saved 👍

It is a scam, I tried to inform tv licensing that I was moving and it directed my to their website and cost me £16.50 don't get caught out!
