Wonderful Experience with Move Matchers
I had a great experience with Move Matchers! I was setting up my move with very short notice (less than 48 hours) and they helped make it happen seamlessly. They communicated quickly and effectively and were very helpful with the set-up process. The moving price ended up being slightly lower than the estimate, which was a nice surprise!

We reviewed your Quote Results Page which includes 3 movers: Wolley, Ace and JC. All have A+ ratings with the Better Business Bureau and prices ranging between $600 and $1700 dollars. We have followed up with you via email to ensure that if you do still need a mover, we offer every chance to help you out. We'll be more than happy to get you a quality mover booked ASAP! Good evening. Please make absolutely sure you did not sign up for quotes from one of our competitors' websites. We do not sell, share or in any way compromise our users' contact info without the user reaching out to one of our movers via phone or email directly from the Move Matcher quote results page. If you did not take that step then there is no way for our movers to contact you. We also do not collect phone number during the quote request process so there is no way you could have been texted by any of our movers as a result of your request for Move Matcher mover quotes. - Dave O., president, Move Matcher

I found a mover and happy with my choice
I found out about Move Matcher from my apartment community manager. The process was simple. I entered my information, criteria and Move Matcher presented best matches for my move. I like the fact that movers were listed based on rating. Some movers included hourly rates and other included licensing credentials. You also have the option of sending a single move quote email to all movers instead of having to reach out individually. I was able to find a mover through this service and I am happy with my choice.

Good evening - this is VERY disappointing to hear, as we take great efforts to ensure mover prices are accurate and consistent. Regardless of why this may have happened to you, we want to make it right. I will reach out momentarily via email to connect you with one of our Mover Coaches who can personally reach out to movers for more detailed estimates, if you'd like us to do so. While it's frustrating to hear you had a bad experience, the feedback is highly informative for us. Gratefully, Dave O., president, Move Matcher
No contact
I was sent a number of movers to contact. I emailed one and never received a call or email from them. When I called, their voicemail was odd and not helpful. I then called Two Men and a Truck which was not on the list, but was located on the town next to me. They were very helpful and travel mileage is a mute issue.

Marty - I am very sorry to hear movers did not get back to you. The only issue I could see causing that is we are now in the peak of peak moving season and they may simply be delayed in getting back to you. If you are still interested in in-depth estimates from our movers we will happily reach out to them directly on our behalf via our Mover Coach team. We hope you have a safe and happy move! Thank you for the feedback. - Dave O., president, Move Matcher

Good afternoon, brhooper11 - we hate to hear this but greatly appreciate you making us aware of your experience. Move Matcher service is cool but companies didn't respond
Move Matcher was easy to operate and helpful for finding small businesses in my area with reasonable moving prices. Unfortunately, none of them answered my email request or calls inquiring about moving (reached out a couple times over a 2 day period) and I ended up finding a company outside Move Matcher Service. Nothing wrong with the Move Matcher service, but if the companies don't respond it's not much help.
