First to all, my apologies for any inconvenience, we deeply have the motto of supporting every and each of our customers and we took seriously the customer's experience. Unfortunately, for the days you wrote the team took one holidays week for the New Year's eve from 28 to January 4, which is really fair after the hard, long and, non-stop year everybody has going through.

Love them to Death
Everything is great! The spooky alerts we easy to get in OBS and give you all the options you need for mp4 with or without audio and the sound tracks to go with it. The Pumpkin stinger is great expect for one detail. During the roar of the pumpkin it had a popping crackling sound. I have no idea how to fix it but outside of that it plays smooth without issue.

I was fortunate to finally find a place…
I was fortunate to finally find a place to get my transition and stream alert needs only to realize that the customer support is only available during the weekdays. It would have been better if there is an outsourced customer support that is from a different timezone than the US. It could have saved me the worry that I might have been scammed because there's no way i can log in without a verification email which I have even resent to myself coz I didn't receive the first time. I also had to get myself a different sound alerts and transitions elsewhere which took me a longer time to find and integrate on my stream. If you are looking for fast and worry-free service, just be sure you don't order on the weekends or at night.

I have sent emails asking for assistance for my installation of some purchased complicated graphics into streamlabs obs and no one at the company gives a crap or answers my emails! Come on! I at least need instructions to accompany installation files

The setup of our overlays is like any other overlay out there, but in order to improve our service, we will publish a complete series of video tutorials on MoveGraph YouTube channel about the use and setup of overlays on every of the most known stream apps. They will start to be published at the end of this week!
