We recently used Moved Removals from the Wirral to Anglesey and had a genuinely great experience from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble for the team, and they were always happy to help.

Before the move, they gave us really helpful advice and took the time to answer all of our questions, which made us feel much more prepared and confident. On the day itself, everything ran smoothly and they created such a calm, relaxed atmosphere — exactly what you need on what can usually be a stressful day.

We couldn’t have asked for a better service and would absolutely recommend them to anyone planning a move!

Would highly recommend. Hard working and supportive. Excellent company, was the only reliable and stress free part of the entire move process. Super reasonable quotation to begin with and then flexible, adaptable when we had issues with estate agents and solicitor's. Even though the house was delayed, they still arrived and completed late into the night. The team were diligent and professional throughout, great with the family and dog. Couldn’t thank you enough!

Second move in five months with Moved Removals and the guys have been fantastic. They have gone above and beyond to make moving so quick, efficient and pain free. Honest cannot recommend them highly enough. Diesel and the team brought me extra boxes before my move, have rearranged furniture when I couldn't decide where to put it, and achieved the impossible on getting huge furniture up to the third floor. Fantastic firm.

These guys are THE BEST! Steve and his crew did everything and nothing was too much trouble. I got a few quotes and chose this lot because they seemed passionate, professional and competant. I made the right choice! Tomorrow they are driving my stuff 5 hours cross country so the southernmost corner of Pembrokeshire, sleeping overnight in their special sleeper van and unloading into my new home on Saturday. They worked tirelessly for hours to dismantle and pack up my stuff. Seriously impressive. Best money I have spent in a long time. As for that 1 star review below from Hayley Thorbison, what a 🔔🔚! There is NOTHING intimidating about these guys. They are the nicest and friendliest fellas. One of my whiney neighbours moaned too, but what are they supposed to do? People need time to move! They spent quite a while deciding where best to park the van and then did the job as quickly as they could. Highly recommended. Just watch out for curtain twitchers who don't have day jobs.

Wow! These guys were amazing! I was very stressed and told them why - they were brilliant. Made me laugh, were respectful and very thoughtful. They let me know a couple of days before as to what time they would be arriving so I just let my neighbours know as our road is very narrow.
Only one neighbour forgot to move her car off her drive, but it was no problem for them. She said they were very pleasant and were joking with her.
(I have just read a negative review about the team being nasty - these guys were definitley not. They were very respectful - so maybe treat like for like???)
I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Neighbour moving -
They arrived outside my property just before 8am - without prior notice.
They parked blocking access to my driveway in order for me to get to work.

They made no contact on their arrival.
They saw me packing my car for work and made no contact.

They parked in such a way that even if my driveway was accessible exiting the road is not possible.

I raised this with the parking warden and when they arrived the 2 men gave the warden verbal abuse - which has been reported independently by the warden.

At this stage, I had to call off work, absent, so have lost a whole day's pay (as a freelance worker).

Following departure of the warden, they have continued to loudly comment about myself and the parking and that its a "joke".
Their behaviour has been consistently intimidating, and I have been advised by the Council that this is in fact a police matter.

Because of the nature of their reaction, I feel in no way comfortable speaking with them directly, I have been completely intimidated.

I tried contacting the company, letting them know the police will be informed as they failed to move the vehicle when the warden asked them to do so - I have been ignored.

They blocked my access to leaving my property for 5 hours in total.

Received the kost disrepseand condescending response via email this evening without any knowledge of Mt circumstance:

Thank you for your message. We’re terribly sorry that the van’s brief presence caused such a dramatic chain of events.

It’s a real shame no one thought to do something wildly radical—like speak to us directly—especially since we were standing right there, in plain sight, and would have been more than happy to move immediately. But of course, we understand that choosing silence and escalation makes for a far more theatrical outcome.

People do have to move houses in vans sometimes, and while we all hope moving day goes smoothly without inconveniencing anyone, it’s not always possible to avoid a little disruption. If you ever find yourself needing to move, causing a minor inconvenience for your current or future neighbour, well—you know who to call.

As for the comments made after the fact, yes—it probably did seem like a bit of a “joke” to be reported, threatened with police action, and accused of intimidation for simply parking momentarily and not being telepathic.

Rest assured, we’ll pass your concerns on internally. And in future, we’ll try our best to be clairvoyant or bring a megaphone to announce our arrival—just to be safe.

Hard working adults who unfortunately can’t work from their laptop in the window

I cannot praise enough - moved a van load of various items (many heavy).
So friendly and efficient - really understand what a customer needs.
Definitely a full recommendation

Wanted heavy sideboard moving; only a small job. Three men came, it was no problem. Clean and courteous, job done in 10 minutes. Would recommend Steve and his Company.

Excellent service; removal, storage and delivery were on time, staff taking great care with furniture and storage with covers on everything. Even doors as they moved things out. Courteous staff and clearly very experienced. Would 100% recommend this service.
