Greedy business with good, unreliable products, shady practices, and poor quality control and support
Promotes fake "early-bird" sales for new items, then "rewards" early adopters by lowering the price €100 after they use their "early-bird" coupons. Does this constantly with multiple products. I threatened legal action and their e-mail support offered a €100 coupon.
The mop on my Mova Z50 Ultra ripped after ~2 weeks (!). Another ~2 weeks later it was so damaged it would slide during mop washing and the robot stopped mopping (its main function). Meanwhile my Ecovacs Deebot T80 has ~2 months and the mop is like new. I reported the issue on Facebook and was told its lifespan is 1-3 months (!) and suggested it was my fault (!). It costs €54.99 (!). That's €659.88/year (!!). E-mail support eventually replied and offered a mop and a €10 coupon. I need only wait 1.5 months with unmopped floors...
Both my Movas are suddenly offline. I restarted them and the router, put them near the router, deleted app cache and data, and reinstalled the app, nothing helped. I reported this on Facebook and the Admin replied "Mine is working fine!" and offered no further help (?!) despite others reporting the same. He later claimed it was fixed despite my robots still being offline. I had to create another Wi-Fi network to reconnect (!). E-mail support eventually admitted and fixed the issue while blaming an unnamed third-party service.
Update 1: The new mop arrived. The issue persists. My Mova Z50 Ultra stops cleaning when climbing/crossing obstacles and doesn't dock.
Update 2: The Mova P50 Pro Ultra I bought for €913.87 is now €699 only ~5 months later. The Mova Z50 Ultra I paid €999 with an "early-bird discount" is now €799 only ~2 months later. I negotiated a €100 voucher as compensation.
Update 3: I negotiated a €200 refund after weeks without a fix. They refused to convert the €100 voucher I have no use for into a €100 refund.
Update 4: My Mova Z50 Ultra's mop holder broke. Mova allegedly shipped a new one. Never received it. When I requested an update, they merged the request with another unrelated request and provided no update.
Update 5: My Mova Z50 Ultra's base/docking station is defective. It randomly stops working. Support insists I should move it to another place (?!) and refuses to send/ship a new one. Only option is returning everything and waiting indefinitely (probably weeks) for a repair.
Update 6: Just found out the replacement for my broken mop holder I've been waiting for since 08/18/2025 was never sent/shipped.
