The experience of putting together a Living Trust was pretty straight forward for the most part. Some of the decision making on our part made us think but we are happy with the end product. Now we just need to finish our part of the work.

The staff was very customer service oriented. Understanding your needs and how you want to move forward was explained perfectly. Great estate planning legal firm.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. They took the time to answer questions and make sure we understood everything. We do wish we knew how hard it was going to be getting the info to the banks and actually getting the trust put in to play with the banks. Every bank was different and they were all tough and had different standards of what was needed. Yakima Federal was the easiest and most user friendly.

Living Will review

We drew up our living will with Moulton Law earlier this year. The communications from our initial interview through the signing and post follow up were excellent. And, the total price was transparent and reasonable!

You were straightforward in communication from the seminar through the details of our living trust. We felt peace about not only doing the right thing, but doing it he best way possible with the best firm.

The original group meeting I attended was informative but focused too much on the potential negatives of not having a trust. Most of the negatives would rarely happen. I personally was not comfortable with that tactic.
The product they sell is a good basic trust and serves our purpose well.
I think most people have an expectation that Moulton will do more of the legwork of getting accounts into the trust. They provide reminders but you must do the work.

Seminar was a quick overall overview. Would have liked more info abt widows tax but made appt for more specific information.
