Since the first phone call with Chad every part of communication was high standards and once I came down to pick up the car it was to a very high standard with immaculate condition inside and out.

Paul was very professional and the transfer was done very easily and quickly.

Bought a car in May 2026 really happy at time of purchase no pressure selling - however problems started a couple of weeks later - struggling to start back in the garage supposedly sorted but no started again struggling to start and juddering garage not interested told to go through warranty this was early July luckily purchased premium warranty - car needed recovering from home £274 to fix badly fouled spark plugs oh and no coolant in it - started with same problem again 2days ago went into motortrust someone will call Monday 24/8 but obviously no call - so again it will need recovering - I would strongly avoid and certainly don’t leave a review at point of sale as I was asked to , wait a while 😡 really angry purchased outright and feel am stuck with it

Exceptional after care service.
Purchased an Evoque from Motor Trust Morecambe. A short while after purchase a problem arose relating to the Adblue warning lights. Craig quickly organised remedial work, firstly at their garage, and then sending it to Kentdale Landrover main agent, all under the warranty.
Many thanks for a good service in trying to resolve the problem.

Before you visit it may be better to talk! I checked the expected Auto trader valuation before driving from Chester to Morecambe....the car met our expectations but when we "sat down" with the salesman he checked the Auto trader valuation and on his screen it was £800 below mine, I ran mine again in front of him and it still came out £800 higher.....the salesman wouldn't budge and also told us the car only had one key and a second one would be £300 but he did offer £150 towards it but we would have to sort it out, which isn't a quick fix. We could have possibly agreed to that but the trade in gap was far too big, despite him saying our car had been "well looked after". Also the ad on Autotrader said free delivery, but didn't highlight "local" and one year warranty but doesn't mention the buyer pays for it.....ah well, a Sunday wasted, back to the search but it won't be in Morecambe.

Well it's 5 days later & I've had no reply to explain why they are advertising cars at £2K lower than the price they tell you the car actually is.
Not suprised really!
Looking at the negative reviews & responses, where they are either calling customers either liars or stupid.
I now think I had a lucky escape by not buying from them. Deal would have fell through anyway because I'd have refused to pay any admin fee.

Saw a couple of cars on the website. Came to view them and was dealt with by Paul, he was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole experience and when we made our purchase he kept us updated throughout the whole time.
