Our Duncan/Dougie was a gentleman from the first phone call I made enquiring about a car. I then went the next day to view and test drive, it was a pleasure meeting Dunc, he made everything ever so easy and smooth, part exchanging and purchasing a new car! Duncan was fabulous, I went to him with my requirements and my budget, I test drove one car but he encouraged me to wait because he had something he thought would suit me better coming in for sale later that week. I waited and he was right.
He could have made a quick sale but instead made the right sale. Great service.

Disgusting company with no care for customer service. Took a car for a test drive. The car looked like it had been dragged from a ditch. Warning lights came on and the engine was in a bad way. I was annoyed that they would let me test drive a car in this poor state and the salesman immediately got irate and rude with me. He claimed that this is how they do business. If this is how they work, then please avoid this company.

Duncan was never pushy and very down to earth guy who new his stuff helped me out on a budget and sorted my situation out to I would highly recommend Duncan to anyone and will be definitely getting another car from Duncan in the near future even picked me up to go and collect my new car me and the family wish Duncan every success thanks for a 1st class experience 👍🏻

Had an issue with a car I brought that warranty wouldn't cover, I contacted Motor4U and explained the issue and they offered to help fix it for me. Had some other small bits that was missed when purchased which they fixed aswell free of charge. Cannot thank Omar and the team enough for their help, I now have a fully working car. Very happy customer and highly recommend this dealership. Great customer service and fantastic team.

What a genuinely honest and down to earth chap Duncan is, not the typical car salesman. Great communication, a warm welcome and even bought some treats for our dog! Vehicle was described honestly and looked just as good as expected when we viewed it in person and Duncan went above and beyond to help, even on a Sunday and Monday 'after hours' !
