Kaylum Sharp From start to finish spoke and discussed our needs and requirements and invested time to ensure we found the car we were looking for. Sometimes things don’t go to plan and in our circumstance our previous contract with a premium marque is not what was agreed. This has created a separate claim and paused our dealings with motorpoint. Once we return we will only deal with Kaylum for his patience care transparency and rapport that he offered ourselves even if it meant parking a sale for now.

Easy process from choosing the car to collection day. Great service experience given as I mistakenly reserve the wrong car. Swapping over was seamlessly easy and all members of staff were very helpful.

He had 2 cars prepared for us to view, was very knowledgeable on the model, listened to what was important to me, took the time to find a car in a different showroom, and arranged for it to be transported to our preferred location. He sold the car and Motorpoint using excellent customer service and knowledge of the product, answering all our questions thoroughly and there was no pushy sales pitches. Kaylum came across as passionate about his role and very trustworthy.
