I found it by accident, but thanks to your amazing employees, Raj Ranga and Zeynep Zalman, who were incredibly helpful, I left with the car I'd been looking for for a long time. Raj's exceptional efficiency, his commitment, and Zeynep's help deserve some kind of award from the company. I've already received mine, thanks to Rak and Zeynep. Thank you for everything.

Zeynep was very helpful and patient. She answered all of our questions and made sure we were happy with everything before we left with the car.

Zeynep was very polite and helpful last Friday when I went with my brother and bought Mazda 2 nothing was to much even on the phone about a few questions. Well done Zeynep . AAlso called today but she was busy so Nik helped me sort out a few issues which hopefully have been solved . Never been to Motorpoint in Chingford but was great seeing my brother lives there . As A NHS worker that’s given me a piece of mind and 1 less stress thank you so much to both of you. I recommend them to anyone

Seamless experience, no pressure at all. From the moment you arrive you felt at ease and they genuinely wanted you to buy.
Went to main dealers before Motorpoint and you felt like they were doing you a favour not the other way round. Highly recommend.

After 15 mins or so of looking at the cars outside, I was approached by a member of the team, who suggested I go inside and sit at his desk. He asked what I was looking for, which I answered, and we looked at what the company had to offer on their website.

I asked for his opinion on the three makes I was interested in, but was told "it's up to you", which of course it is. Due to price, he widened the search to all makes, and I again sought some advice on what he would personally choose or recommend and again, he wasn't interested in sharing any thoughts or offering any advice. I asked if he'd heard any general feedback on certain makes since he works with cars everyday, but he merely said he's not a mechanic and I'd have to speak to someone else.

I confirmed with him that his advice is just that I look on the website at home, and he said yes. So I left. No attempt at all to help, or try to sell me a car. I have the cash, and fairly desperately need a new car, so I will go elsewhere.

"I had a great experience with Motorpoint. The BMW X1 Hybrid I bought had issues within a week, but they took it back promptly and provided a courtesy car while we sorted things out. They gave us the choice to either exchange for another car or get a full refund - really appreciated that flexibility.

I have never bought a vehicle from Motorpoint before so I did my research. I read some good reviews but also made sure I covered the bad reviews.
From my experience on the day of buying I can give nothing but praise. When first met at reception all people greeted me. I was able to look the car over at my own pace, then took for a test drive. Everything was good and I was pleased with the car. I the met Zeynep ( a young sales executive) to go through the buying process including a trade in for my old car. Zeynep was very professional but also made things easy and straightforward. She was honest and caring. I would certainly consider using in the future should I buy another car

Everything went well

I believed I was being treated with respect and that as an older lady, I'd be sold a roadworthy car, fully protected and ready to go.

Alas, I had to return the vehicle as the treatment and clean I'd paid a vast amount for, as well as the scratch reviews had not been completed. The window sills were green where the car had stood so long and the tyres cracked from also standing. I collected the car in the dark. I trusted that my new purchase was in perfect condition and in a condition and standard that the sales person would have wished too.

On return to Chingford, my car was recleaned and retreated. The few scratches were treated also. The tyres were not changed, even though two technicians at Motorpoint examined the tyres, stating they needed replacement. I was told, although cracked, they were legal and was told it wouldn't cost me much to replace, if I didn't like the way they looked.
In addition, I spotted after the sale, at home, my PX valuation had been reduced on the paperwork, yet not discussed with me.

This dealership left a sour taste in my mouth. At 1st I felt satisfied with my treatment, on the day of purchase. I felt it was a very efficient service. However, when I reviewed the problems with my car, the very next day in daylight, the solutions to my cars issues, seemed to fall into my lap. Advice... Collect your car in daylight only.

I currently have an issue with a car that I purchased less than 3 months ago. After calling the Warranty Claims line, I was informed that they cannot assist me they do not hold any details related to my car. It appears there was an 'error' somewhere and my car information was not passed across. So I currently have a £24k car sitting outside and am trying to work out how to get it fixed. Chingford Motorpoint - please do better!
