Was quoted just over £11k for my car, they booked in to collect it the next day. The gent turned up the next day, vaping outside my car then immediately getting in while chucking his bag in the back seat. Took it for a test drive and stalled, then offered me £600 less than quoted. He asked for a counter offer, I said the original amount. He then said his office was fine with that, asked me to sign the online papers. While waiting for a good 10 minutes for the money to hit my account he said his office messaged him and didn't want the car anymore. Then asked where the nearest train station was. 100% would avoid this company.

Very easy process, great communication throughout, very helpful team especially Luke who was the lead, fair price, instant payment plus extra for dropping off, no haggling to reduce original offer. Can't fault them. Overall, I am a most satisfied customer. Will surely recommend to friends and family.

Had to do a bit of chasing to organise the car being picked up. However, was worth it for the price they offered me which was better than elsewhere and the person who picked the car up was friendly and helpful. Would use Motormoolah again in the future.

After no luck selling privately on autotrader, I went with this company. It was a quick and straightforward process. Izzy came to collect the car and was very professional and friendly. I was offered less on the day than I had been initially which was annoying but expected, I didn’t accept the new offer and was transferred the original price within a few minutes. Had Sunny and Bee at Onyx come out to collect the car. They were both really friendly and talked through the process. Had some trouble with documentation but both were extremely helpful and tried to assist where they could - great guys and went out their way to provide a good customer service.

Offered a price for my car, which i accepted, emailed to find out what's next stage no reply, phoned throughout the day Sunday no reply, then gor email say My MG Hs 22plate, has declined, so I phoned in, spoke to someone in the department that buys cars, he said to me got to many red cars on the floor cort, was taken back by that, so spoke to a salesman, who said he would get them to email with the real reason, why they pulled out, still waiting for email, so asked the salesman to get the manager off that department to email me, still waiting, this from a big garage his unprofessional, and not acceptable,

I found MotorMoolah on the internet, I filled out the request form and within 20 minutes Jade at MotorMoolah had contacted me through WhatsApp and very patiently and clearly talked me through the process. I accepted the price and sent a few photos that she requested. Once the details had been checked I was contacted by the company to arrange a day to pick up the car. Two great guys arrived on the day checked the car over and took it for a test drive. Once that process was completed ( which took about an hour) the deal was done.
I cant thank Jade enough she made this process very easy even for someone who had never done anything like this before.
I would definitely recommend MotorMoolah to anyone that needed to sell their car.

I was surprised they only gave me £8150 when they said £8700 was agreed I took loads of photos but they took more today and said it was worse then they thought I still did deal but people must be aware this can happen I didn’t know it could
However sonny the guy who picked the car up was very good
And would recommend his team to anyone
