Delivery and Service great. Unfortunately I didn't know a 820 mm cable assembly was for a LH drive car and I have a RH drive car needing a longer cable. A note on the web site may have helped and avoided this situation.

Yes very good service it was cheaper to get from Germany and quicker would not get parts in England for a month received parts from Germany in 5days would certainly buy parts of them again

Being in Australia it's a long way to return the wrong parts so before making my order for Renault AC compressor and condenser I sent the car VIN to Motor Doctor and within a couple of days they confirmed compatibility. It was reassuring and hassle free. The parts arrived without undue delay, the freight cost was reasonable and I saved a decent amount of money. No complaints!

Their Returns Policy and Implementation…
Their Returns Policy and Implementation sucks so hard it is unbelievable. 1. They supply a parts that are supposed to fit your vehicle (according to vehicle model/manufacturing date etc). 2. When the part supplied doesn't fit, you have to go through all manner of correspondence to get them to admit they were liable for providing the wrong parts (They still think they are Right and You are wrong). 3. You have to Pay for the Return of the "Wrong" items. 4. You can't use their original packaging for the return. 5. It is unclear to me, but I believe they won't refund the cost of the parts and the delivery cost too! And that is why I would really like to give them "Minus Five Trustpilot Stars", but I'm forced to give them "One Star" to be able to write this review... Ensure that if you buy from them, be very sure, they know what part their system will be providing for you. EDIT: Monday 2 August. Following the posting of this review and a few factual exchanges with AUTODOC, I have been issued with a pre-paid returns form. This has improved my experience somewhat and gained them a couple more stars.

It's a con ! i paid for the return insurance, and when it's the wrong part, find you have to send it back to GERMANY ! ! ! Plus, they won't pay the postage.
I will not be using this company again and will inform the car groups, I am a member of , to stay clear.
UPDATE !
I have to say that Motor Doctor, back up team is on my problem and they have been very good.
They sent me a paid sender label, so the cost of sending the parts back to Germany, is covered. I am now awaiting refund. I recommend any one buying from them, to pay the extra insurance , incase they are the wrong parts. Thank you Motor Doctor.

Looks like a UK website, wrong, i didnt know till i got my Paypal recipet and it was from Autodoc, ive asked for a refund of the £381 i have spent, i have an invoice, in German, so have no idea what it says.

motor-doctor.co.uk should be avoided
motor-doctor.co.uk. Don't be fooled by the .co.uk moniker, these guys are based in Germany. They advertised a part that was for my car and sent a completely different item that was not fit for purpose, I supplied evidence to show them that they had made a mistake and they have said the items are eligible for a refund. The issue here is they will not pay for return postage. As I have not been at fault, and the items would not be up for return if they had sent the right ones, then the company should pay by law for return postage, I should not have to fork out and be out of pocket because this company cannot pick an order properly!! They have squandered uk laws that are in place to protect consumers, and have completely forgot that if they have a website that is a .co.uk then they have to adhere to the uk legislation on consumer rights agreements. I would stay well away from a company that doesn't care for their customers. I will be also posting this self same review on trust pilot just in case it never sees the light of days here. I will for sure never use this company again in the future.

A full refund has been issued, and it had been found by the technical department that the label on the bag was for the item advertised on the site, but the items in the bags were completely different. After a week or so an agreement was made to throw the unknown, unwanted parts away and to be issued with refund of cost of items and original postage cost, which is inline with consumer rights agreement.

German-Based: Very long delivery delays.
It is important for prospective customers to realise that despite the .co.uk website, this is a German company and in the post-Brexit world the transport delays from their German warehouses into the UK are enormous - many weeks. You need to source parts that are already in the UK. I was caught out and very disappointed.

Smoke and mirrors
After finding a reasonable price online for a clutch plate from a UK website I was relieved...
How wrong I was.
Motor doctor is not in the UK at all , I realised this when I received the invoice and at the bottom of it all was German.
But a lot of companies have offices overseas so I thought hey ho.
Full 5 working days later I have still not received the clutch plate so I took to email.
I received an email back blaming Brexit and covid and that my clutch plate hadn't even been packed or sent yet. What a joke.
The website should made clear that this is not a UK company and that the order is coming from EU.
I have asked for a refund now so hopefully that goes smooth. Not holding my breath though.

I placed an order for a rear light for a DS3 which was due for its mot. That was on January 4th, I was emailed on 7th {we have good news for you! Your order 41271715 from 04.01.2021 20:57:38 has been packed few minutes ago in our logistic center and is now ready for dispatch to Durham.}
