I can say the automated emails can be a bit frustrating and initial wait times can sometimes be long but once I got in contact with support they did a great job of helping me out and getting my Rithmic connection up and running. Hopped on a zoom call and it was quick and easy troubleshooting.

MotiveWave is one of the best trading platforms in the trading community. Compared to many competing software solutions, it comes at a very reasonable and accessible price, especially considering the level of functionality it offers.

The platform provides very powerful order flow tools, and overall it is highly customizable, allowing traders to adapt it to their own style and workflow.

Another strong point is the support team, which has been consistently helpful and responsive whenever I had any questions or issues.

Overall, it’s a solid and professional platform that I can confidently recommend to other traders.

I’ve been using MotiveWave for almost 3 years now and I see no reason for looking elsewhere. I think it’s an excellent, top notch platform across the board, but by far the best option as a Mac user.
As everyone else mentions, the support is second to none.

Brian at MotiveWave helped me out with glitches I had in my system.
He was detailed in his responses which quickened the time to fix it.

Had some bracket order issues going on and Brian from customer support went out of his way to resolve them. He made videos and sent templates to help me get it sorted out. They provided excellent support!
So far, I'm really liking the order flow capabilities of the MotiveWave platform.

So far I am very impressed by the functionalities and the user-friendly interface. Initially I was overwhelmed by its complexity but MotiveWave has a great YouTube channel with great resources and their customer support has been super helpful and quick to respond.

I have been using MW 7 Order Flow edition for four months now after switching from another platform widely used by future traders. Being a discretionary order flow trader operating solely on Eurex future contracts, my use of the platform features predominantly involves TPO, footprint (volume imprint), and volume profile charts. I found the visual appearance and level of chart customisation of MW exceptional and meeting all my needs. This also applies to the DOM and T&S panels which I use for trading. The platform smoothly interacts via CQG routing with my UK-based broker and had no issues whatsoever in the order execution, including OCO orders. I strongly recommend spending the extra bucks for the yearly support as it is top notch. In the only instance where I could not independently resolve a chart customisation issue, the support team member interacted with me daily, with swift responses which eventually led to the outcome I needed. Overall, I highly recommend this platform, particularly if you are a market profile/footprint trader.

I think this is the best trading platform on the market, especially if you trade orderflow. Tried few competitors but nothing works so good. Plus, if you need help the support team guys are professional and very helpful for any question you have

Platform is okay but not well optimized, take a lot of ressources. Biggest problem are the updates, they released version 7 before being stable enough and left community with a lots of bugs. Having bought the lifetime version, I am stuck with 2 choices: either pay the update for 300$ for the year to use version 7 and wait for it to be stable enough to use or not pay the updates and use version 6 and wait. Second problem: they advertise the mobile version being included when you buy the software but doesnt specify anywhere that you need to keep paying update to have access to it on mobile... At this points, looking at the business model after 2 year it feel a bit crook for all of this. The platform is decent on the other hand. Plenty of other options.

The platform has all the things you need for trading. It even has good Elliott wave tools and are used by Elliott wave analysts too, that says something about the platform, and its tools! Not only for 'the best' the right platform, the home user will like it too!

I would recommend Motivewave for their services. I had a question regarding my connection and Brian was very quick to respond. Not only did he respond he followed up to make sure that my connection was in good order.

Probably the best trading platform there is out there...from order flow to charting, to execution. A+ highly recommend

Been a users for about 4 years now and still love it! Sarah at support is great, she gets back to me within 24 hours and always is helpful!

I love the tools that Motivewave offers, but what made me love the platform was its support team. I was having issues with my payments and it was my fault but the team made sure that I was taken care of and they did a great job . Shout out to Joe, I appreciate you .

I’ve been trying out the software for the last two weeks. Has been really good so far. So much to unpack. I love the ample options to customize the workspace and the constant updates to improve the software. Give them a try.

i don't often leave reviews but have to say this is well deseerved. I was having a few issues with setting up the platform and making sure i had the correct data feed and honestly it has been such a help hvaing fast responses to all the right questions, genuinely helped me resolve all issues within uch a short space of time

Been using MW for over 5 years. Great platform for pretty much anything. Charts are clean and very customizable. Very good for order flow, volume footprints, DOM, heatmap w/e it can do it. Haven't found iceberg detection when using mbo data but you can usually see the absorption in the flow. Other then that I think it has everything and then some most other platforms provide. Certainly going to keep using MW for the foreseeable future.
