I AM NOT RECEIVING ANY OF MY ORDERS AND THEY SAY ITS BEEN DELIVERED. I dont know where my orders are going but it’s not here. I feel I should be reimbursed for 4 bottles of unreceived merchandise

bottle arrived smashed, packaging isn't great, their courier service needs to be closely reviewed. Bottle was present for my mothers birthday. Very disappointing service

I am a longstanding and loyal customer. I had a question about a product and got sent to an AI bot. I can read for myself so having AI parrot back to me what is already on the website was not helpful. And there does not seem to be anyway to get to a human. I understand the lure of saving costs with AI but there should be a way to escalate to a human.

Excellent customer service, had delivery issues with Evri changed future delivery’s to Royal Mail.

Great refreshing product.

I had some confusion over being able to track my order, and the AI representative was only able to go so far, but Renet did a terrific job figuring out the issue. Our correspondence provided me with the information I needed, and her responses were prompt and friendly!
I have not received the product yet, but I am looking forward to it :)

An expensive product and disappointing.
I complained to customer service a few days ago but only got the response from a computer generated response which is poor.
I shook the bottle vigorously on each occasion but in a short space of time the product separates and you’re left with a thick sludge like mixture at the bottom of your glass. It looks disgusting.
I may have been sent a bottle from a faulty batch but who knows?
I’m very disappointed and won’t be buying another or recommending it to others.

Brilliant customer service

I cant actually review the product yet as there was a glitch in the delivery but I’m writing to commend the excellent customer service I received when I contacted them. The product was delivered as seen in a picture but was then taken (stolen) before I could retrieve it so the company is sending me a replacement at no extra cost. Excellent customer service under difficult customer circumstances. Greatly appreciated. Rare in this day and age.
