Moss Plumbing And Heating Engineers Anmeldelser

Very honest, kept in touch with what was happening regards parts. Swift response to my need for the job (I have health issues) even though the poor guy was recovering from a bout of illness he STILL responded quickly. That's how dedicated to providing his service he is. Would DEFINITELY recommend this company.

Great service. Had an emergency boiler issue and Moss came out to have a look at it asap. Helpful and informative as well to help us moving forward to resolve our issue.

Excellent service, from start to finish. Steven was very helpful & informative. The installation was done in good time, and finished to a high standard. The bathroom, and surrounding area was kept tidy through out the process.

We are very happy with our new bathroom.

Lovely guys!

Cannot thank Moss Plumbing enough! The guys are super busy this time of year, but managed to fit in some time to help us with a significant leak in our bathroom. Will definitely be using them going forward and would recommend!

Right from the start Steven was understanding and advised us accordingly. He answered our questions providing options and listened to our thoughts and concerns.
The workmanship was of the highest quality with the greatest respect to our property, all work areas cleaned and hoovered as they progressed.
Quote for the work was competitive and accurate.
Would recommend.

Steven and team provide a professional, courteous and high skilled service from the initial consultation to job completion. Even more impressive is how tidy they are! We’re both extremely happy with the finished bathroom and the hoops the team jumped through to fit us in before my wife’s due date.

I recently moved house and wanted to replace the sink in the kitchen, turns out what I thought was going to be a simple enough job, grew arms and legs. The previous kitchen fitter had made a mess of the counter top cutting, which meant that it was tricky to find a sink that would fit!

After a few attempts, Steven helped me find the perfect sink that would work and installed it with no problems! Without his help, I wasn't convinced I'd be able to replace the sink and the one that was there had already seen better days!

Such a professional job done by Steven and I really appreciated his time in being able to fit in my relatively smaller job amongst his busy schedule!

I have used Moss Plumbing several times without issue in the past on rental properties so I had no reservations asking Steven to do a full central heating upgrade at home .
New boiler and 16 radiators done in 2 shifts , no issues , no mess , top quality job .
Thanks again to Steven , Gary and William for a very professional job .

Steven and the team from Moss plumbing came to fit a new boiler and shower in our house, the job wasn’t as straightforward as some boiler installations, however, they made it look easy. We’re thoroughly delighted with the professional work they carried out and they did it all at a fair price. Cannot recommend this company enough. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were recommended Moss Plumbing & Heating Engineers by Toni’s Tiles in Falkirk and they did not disappoint. They have just completed our en-suite bathroom and the end results are fantastic. Steven and his team were very professional from start to finish, great job guys.

Phoned Moss Brothers Plumbing, they arrived on time and did the job quickly and tidied up, will definitely use them again

Got a quote from this company to install a bathroom and so glad we decided to go ahead with it. The owner Steven was great in the planning process and had lots of good ideas. The job itself lasted 5 days, could not fault the workmanship in any way. The team were very professional and worked tirelessly over the week. Delighted with the finished result, wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company to anyone. No mess! Which was a bonus as everything was cleaned up before they left!!

Prompt response to an emergency, rapid repair and overall friendly service for a reasonable fee

Steven and his team recently fitted our bathroom, the workmanship is amazing. All of the team were friendly and professional from start to finish. We cannot recommend this company highly enough and will certainly use them for future projects.

Friendly and quick service, good communication

Steven and his team were excellent. Always on time and completed the work to a high standard. Steven was happy to give advice when I wasn’t sure on certain things, communication from the team was great. Over the moon with my new bathroom. Would 100% recommend

Stephen and team were brilliant.

Communication was spot on. Very clear with everything, gave indication of arrival, regular updates on the status and clear instructions on departure.

Super organized in everything from the way they worked to the way they organized their working space. Took a massive load my mind knowing that I didn’t need to worry about anything,

Would absolutely recommend them.

Delighted with all the work done to replace my old style of boiler/hot water tank etc with new combi boiler! The previous pipework etc also required upgrading and there were a few challenges, however nothing was a problem to them. Steven took the time to explain all the options before hand so I had real confidence in what was required/the work. They arrived on time, worked exceptionally hard throughout and kept me fully informed at all stages. All work was completed to a very high standard and they left the place very tidy. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Very good, the plumber arrived when he said he would. He fixed the problem.
He was profession, and sorted the problem quickly and efficiently.

Very reliable, friendly, trustworthy and competitively priced - would highly recommend.
