Great customer service. Exceptional, in fact. I bought a sandal in indigo thinking it would be a dark navy but to me it seemed almost black. Vicky in CS said send it back and mark the returns note for her attention and that she’d have a look. She said she’d check warehouse stock to see if there was a pair that was more of a dark navy. She and her colleague Zoe did exactly what was promised. I was express shipped an alternative colour (at my request) because all of the indigo sandals were a tad darker than I needed. I love the Moshulu Bavaria sandals and after this really great service I will have no doubt at all about ordering from Moshulu again. Vicky and Zoe are great ambassadors for the company.

Bought a gorgeous pair of shoes from Moshulu which unfortunately weren't a great fit. Contacted customer services who sent me a returns label and I sent them back. A few days later I had a refund. Brilliant company with very nice staff!

Went into your store in trentham gardens.had a look around the assistant said hello I tried a pair of sandles on she came to me and said if you need help just ask .which I did I purchased the sandles which are lovely .the store is very clean very nice and pleasant staff not been in for ages but will definitely go again thank you xx

Easy to place order quick delivery the packaging is superb and the shoes are stunning the surf is so soft and the colour is vibrant

Very poor sizing. I bought clogs - both in size 5 but one was very large. Irritating to have to return items.
I have not had this problem with most shoe designs, but these particular clogs were in my opinion, badly designed

Mosulu have a range of beautifully made boots and shoes. They are as exquisite on the inside as they are on the outside. I have spent a miserable few years searching for womens wide fit size 43 shoes. Moshulu has come to my rescue and I am so happy😊. I first bought a pair of biker boots in purple and was so impressed that I quickly bought a pair of cloggs and a pair of Mary-Jane suede shoes in a heavenly deep rose pink. They all fit wonderfully. I'd love a pair of the Mary-Jane heels that don't seem to go up to the size 43 🙏. I like that the shoes are designed in Devon and manufactured in Europe and India.

This is the most reliable company I've ever come across. They're personable and lovely. If you have a problem you will definitely speak to a person in the UK and your email will be replied to the following day. They're professional and everything you'd want from a service customer. And their shoes, boots and slippers are of the best possible quality - beautiful and they'll last you a lifetime. I wish there were more shops like yours in every department! Hugely grateful to have found you in Tenby, and then online. My only suggestion to you is to make shoes/boots for people with bunions. Wide toe box shoes. You'd have my undying gratitude then!! Keep up the good work!

I bought a lovely pair of sheepskin slipper boots for my Dad's Christmas present (Romney). We were disappointed to find that they were so narrow that they were impossible for him to get on. Sending them back went smoothly but I was credited £3.99 less than I paid, which was the amount I paid for postage. Their website does not tell you that they will do this. You have to read between the lines of their returns page: "If for any reason you are not happy with your items, you can return them to us, unworn, in their original packaging within 28 days for a refund of the amount you paid FOR THE ITEM". Cunning wording!

My sandals sole fell apart, just disintegrated whilst on holiday.Hardly worn.
Not good.

First time using Moshulu and very impressed with the product, ease of website, and speed of delivery. Would use again and recommend.

Excellent customer service. I purchased a pair of boots which unfortunately were too small. I returned them hoping for an exchange, despite the larger size not being available on the website. However within a couple of days I received an email to say a new pair
were on the way. They fit beautifully.

The members of staff at the Cirencester shop were exceptional in the care and duty to my requirements.Theyordered some shoes and boots originally to my satisfaction and after Christmas slippers purchased by my wife were not satisfactory they accepted the return and ordered some more for me to try and were too my liking and fit.Nothing was to much trouble unlike other other shops.You should be very proud of their dedication to the customers requirements.

This company has an excellent range of styles of footwear in a variety of colours. Delivery is reliable and was kept informed of the item's progress.

Brought a pair of ankle boots for a Christmas present for my Mum. She was very delighted with them. Quality and delivery was superb, couldn’t fault them.

No facility at checkout to apply Gift Vouchers for online purchase.
It transpires that there are in-shop and online vouchers, the former (which I have) not being applicable for online purchases - only in-store.
A frustrating state of affairs, as the local Moshulu retail outlet is 20 miles away.

Ordered a pajama set for my wife on 11/29, today is 12/24 and NOTHING form these China Crooks... attempted to cancel a week ago and NO REFUND !! Also, in their add they listed a retail price of $80.99 and a sale price of $20.00 ... NO WHERE in any store has this item ever been sold for $80.99 ... average around $20.00.. Scam to make senior citizens think they are getting a deal !!! BEWARE or you will be scammed like this old guy !!!

Delighted with my day slippers. Fantastic colour and very comfortable. I take a 5.5 shoe. Size 5 too small but exchanged for a 6 without any bother.
