I have had a horrible experience with the support team of Moshtix. I registered for presale to EA, was in the waiting room online where the page assures you that your place in line is secure, got to the end of the line 15 minutes after sale went live and the page said I was being redirected to the tickets page. I touched/refreshed nothing. Instead I was redirected to the back of the line/queue. I had to wait a further 17 minutes to gain entry. I did manage to get tickets but at a significantly higher price due to the longer wait times. I

So I contacted Moshtix as this seemed to be a system error as I had screenshots as proof with timestamps. The emails I received were AI generated, did not acknowledge any of the screenshots, ignored my repeated requests to be contacted by phone call after the third set of emails where it became clear that it was definitely AI. The emails simply focus on a prompt from my response and completely ignore the rest of the email. I keep getting a generic email of "Sorry you missed out on tickets, try again when GA tickets go on sale" - I have said multiple times that this is not my issue, my issue was having to go through the queue twice and as a result pay higher prices due to a system error.

All round terrible experience. Almost don't want to go anymore.

Evanescence presale. Had tickets in my cart, typed in card number, says tickets no longer available. Absolute nonsense.

Signed up for OneNz presale yesterday and joined at 12pm right on time, waited 30 mins+ to buy my tickets for electric avenue 2026 and after finally getting through and putting my info in to pay i was told i missed second release after going to pay, and then missed third release same thing. I also signed up for normal presale for the following day and have now waiting 30+ minutes again just to not make it. Additionally the tiered release system is a joke and absolute scam, requiring extra $$$$ for releases that are minutes a part. The event is not worth $300 let alone $400 plus

Quick easy reliable

There was no problem with the site. I expected it to crash with the amount of people purchasing the tickets, but it went very smoothly. It just a couple of minutes, I received my tickets right away. Awesome!

I paid over $300 for tickets back in may, it’s now august and I haven’t gotten my tickets or a refund yet even tho I paid $100 extra for refund coverage

Good information regular updates and easy to understand

Always a great experience with moshtix! I have bought many festival/gig tickets with them! The only issues I have is sharing the tickets with other people if I am buying multiple tickets it doesn’t seem like a super simple way to do it but that could just be me that is having trouble with it!

Hi I wanted to buy tickets to two different shows, after I booked the first one I couldn't find how to book another show in the same transaction. I couldn't see "add to cart" or equivalent, so so far I have only purchased one show.

But a ticket for Brits fest at Freo for this Friday 18 July 2025 and l haven’t yet received my tickets until today (14 July 2025).

Absolutely easy to use

It was a quick and easy way to get my last minute tix. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that when I opened my tix email, the screen that loaded did not have the QR code for the door staff to scan. My friend, who booked differently, did have this. Luckily door staff were satisfied with my ticket and let me in.

Buying tickets for the aftershow at the Echuca Winter Blues festival was a very easy process and the tickets immediately came to my inbox.

We have been waiting on a refund for resold/returned tickets from Bluesfest for over 2 months. Communication from Moshtix has been abysmal amd they have no contact number so you have to go through ticket support and wait over 2 weeks for a vague, unsatisfactory response. We have been told the refund has been paid although no money has been returned to us and we have asked on numerous occasions for confirmation that the refund has been processed and the amount due (this has still not been specified although we have requested the amount multiple times) this is rediculous and should not be the case with an Australian company supporting large Australian events.

Mostix, please contact us urgently and confirm the date the refund was processed and the amount due.
